The theory/term 'Foreign Aid' seems to have a bad connotation today.  Props up evil dictators...

I heard someone say the following on TV (forgot who), but it rings true -

"Foreign aid take money from the poor in rich countries, and gives it to the RICH in poor countries."

I think the 'poor' it takes from are the working/middle class.  The disappearing middles class. 

Why redistribute wealth via any Cap & Trade scheme?  It sound more like propping up evil dictators, and corrupt governments.

Who pays?  The disappearing middle class.

Foreign aid or Cap & Trade, it still stinks.
