If there is a sealed indictment against Terri and a secondary investigation underway as a result of Kyron's disappearance then the extension of the divorce delay also makes sense. 

Call me Pollyanna but I've always felt justice will be served and Kyron's life had a purpose that will positively affect many lives.

I just spent a good amount of time checking out Kyron's forum here.  I don't understand why Terri Horman has never been arrested as a suspect.  Personally, I'd like to get my hands on that woman and slap shake the truth out of her.  And then slap shake her some more.

It breaks my heart to read that she hated that sweet looking little boy.  What a monster she is.

I've been seeing discussions on other forums wrt this article from Oregon Live concerning this supposed quote from Kaine attached to the petition faxed by Laura Rackner:
 
"After Kyron went missing and the investigation began, law enforcement officials informed me that my wife had attempted to hire our landscaper to kill me for money."

Kaine previously said he didn't know anything about a landscaper, so surely he didn't use the term "OUR Landscaper"?  Could this just be Oregon Live embellishing on the story or does anybody know how to locate the official paperwork on this to verify this statement?

Comment: I'm here to help find Kyron. A certain "blogger" on another site that appears to want discredit my efforts can continue to do so, but I will not give up. The work that I put in on this case is for Kyron, and Kyron only. It worked for me. It's an older news clip titled on the video: The Early Show “New Tip Widens Search for Kyron Horman”  Basically it talked about a search approx. 2 mi. from Skyline Elementary where DeDe Spicher had been working.  The tip possibly came from DeDe's Grand Jury Indictment.  It also shows the red balloon release for Kyron and it makes note of Kaine saying he felt guilty because it was his duty to protect Kyron and someone took him on his watch.  (not word for word).  Perhaps it's dated October 30, 2011, because that's when it was posted to a site.
