If LE confiscated this evidence at the end of December beginning of January..why haven't they made an arrest?

I hope Billie realizes people don't buy her "it's all I ever knew" crap. I could care less if her whole family is like that. I could care less if it's molded her thinking and made her into the person she is today. I could care less if she thinks she's the best mom in the world just bc she doesn't know any better, it's how she was taught, yada yada.

At one point in her life she must have realized what's right is right and what's wrong is wrong. In all reality, it really is as simple as that. She went to nursing school for a reason, right? It was to better her life, provide a better future for her children. What the heck happened to achieing goals? What happened to hopes & dreams?

Billie Dunn is NOT Chrissy Snow. She might like acting and playing charades but this is NOT a sitcom! She might act dumb but she's not...and she needs to get over herself. She seriously reminds me of a little Lollipop Guild character - unfortunately this isn't Oz so she needs to wake up to reality. Jeesh, the way she talks in half sentences...and the ditsy act...omg! There's absolutely no way she didn't know this stuff. David & Hailey both felt uncomfortable around Shawn. The flash drive was hidden in the corner of a bottom drawer in her frickin room. The stinkin' disk was hidden behind several dvds on an entertainment center in her room. They wouldn't have been hidden like that unless she knew something bad was on them.

Bottom line is this: It doesn't matter what she was taught as a child. She is an adult now and should be held accountable. At the very bare minimum, she should be charged with neglect. Like Capp said, possession is 9/10's of the law. She should be charged with something related to that as well.

I just thought of something.

Considering a disk (containing child porn / bestiality / deviant images) was found hidden behind several dvds on an entertainment unit in the master nedroom, I wonder if le checked the dvds as well. They could have hidden other questionable disks in those movie cases.

Ok, just gonna toss this thought out there - WHAT IF Shawn had/made connections into the world of child trafficing, hooked up with these pervs and "sold" Hailey?  He walked off his job that morning for whatever reason, boss said he was a good employee, no problems etc.

There doesn't seem any rush to go back to work for either of them, talk about donated van, new TV, his truck suddenly seemed to be running and whatever else has transpired that we have no knowledge of. 

She insists that Hailey is alive, which we hear from all parents when their child goes missing but perhaps in this case it could be or was true?

When I consider that the weather was cold and Hailey's jacket and shoes where found in the home ... I suspect that Shawn retrieved a deceased Hailey from her bed between 6:35 AM and 7:00 AM on the morning of December 27th immediately following Billie's departure to work.

How did he remove her from the house?   Seems the neighbors didn't miss to much in the comings and goings from that house.  If he'd put her in the car in the dark wee hours wouldn't the scent dogs have picked up something from the car if she'd been deceased?

 If she was still alive but perhaps drugged there would be no death scent, he could have passed her off to someone in his travels that morning?

If she was in the car when he went to work he'd be risking being pulled over, in these small towns in Texas LE are "here" just waiting, see it every day..  I'm sure he was well known in the area and if he was being extra cautious driving that would draw attention, how couldn't he be concerned about being caught?   I don't know just seems whatever scenario used it was high risk getting her out of the house at whatever time and transporting to where ever.

My prediction, she will lawyer up, the porn was put in the dresser by Shawn, and she never looks around in her dresser and never saw it. Now, I never look around in my dressers, and probably wouldn't have found it myself, but that's me. Also, where I was born and raised, there are just a lot of people that don't get it, yes they may think this kind of porn is bad, but would never understand it is against the law and such. Many people there just see nothing wrong with a lot of things, such as while the parents are in the bar, the kids are on the steps outside waiting. They grew up like that, and it just keeps going like that unfortunately. Could say ignorant is the cause, but I really think they know no better. And thankfully I did not grow up that way, no way, no how.

I've been thinking the same.  And she'll wish she would have kept her big mouth shut all along...but it's too late!  She's admitted SHE KNEW it was there, and that SHAWN brought it there.  Her words and deeds will come back to haunt her.  THANK GOODNESS!  JMO

I am wondering if David knew about the porn and Hailey too.  If David knew he may have tipped off the LE.  I would also think the children would have known of any drug use by the adults, and even their grandmother FTLOG.

Guys, let it be clear that it's not hard at all, as a matter of fact it's easy, to save data on a portable usb flash and view it just about anywhere.

The flash stick could be plugged into a tv as long as there's a usb outlet/jack.

It could be puggled into an Xbox 360 as well as any other gaming device.

It could be plugged into a cell phone.

All you'd have to do, if a certain device doesn't have the usb port that you'd need to plug in the flash, is buy an adapter. My boys have 3 car chargers with adapters for the PSP and the Nintendo DS. There is the car "lighter" plug that plugs into the socket in the car, then a usb line to plug a usb compatable device into, then the plug for the PSP, and lastly the plug for the Nintendo DS. Yes, it's that simple. I think several people might not be technical savvy bc it's in today's technology. My boys have had computer training since Kindergarten. My just turned 9 y/o has been burning disks and savingfiles on the computer since he was 3 - I kid you not. I was forced to learn, and once I did I realized it's not that difficult. It seems so confusing bc most people were born before computers came out. I didn't grow up during the internet boom, didn;t have an interest in tech stuff - now I know.

^5   That's exactly what Ive been saying Gypsy.  He wouldnt have put it in her personal space of which she goes in and out of to conceal it.    She put it in that drawer & she also knows what was on it, that's why she put it in a drawer.  She's just one of the stupidest people on the planet thinking that when an electronic search warrant was being served that they wouldnt look inside drawers or closets.

The flash stick could be plugged into a tv as long as there's a usb outlet/jack.

It could be puggled into an Xbox 360 as well as any other gaming device.
