Brakes on bus:  She still loves SA.

She very much trust(ed) him around David but can't let SA around him for other reasons.  Talking to investigators has changed her mind about having SA around David. 

What did you say to SA today?  She needs to be alone with family and time with self.  Can't work things out if she doesn't have answers and he knows that. 

What would you want listeners to know about you and SA from today on:  I don't have any plans because I don't have answers.  I can't be with him ... until I am 100% sure. 

Are you going to be with him until Hailey is found?  No, I am not going to be with him.  Until Hailey is found and it is proven to me that he had nothing to do with disappearance, until it is proven to me that he didn't have anything to to with the pornography, that he wasn't cheating on me. 

What if I had proof that he had been chatting with that person within the last 24 hours?

omg i am sitting here crying. i don;t know what i've missed. i just read on hdod something about billie seeing the stuff? she doesn;t know if she was taped secretly or something? maybe i misunderstood. oh god if she saw this stuff, why say to him she didn;t wanna see it anymore? why not call the police right away, kiddie porn is an fbi matter, especially dealing with the internet & data. does anyone know if it went overseas or anything? if so, interpol would be involved as well.

What is going on with grand jury?  Don't know, haven't heard anything about it.

She doesn't really no what they are talking about "grand jury."  She says she doesn't.  Rachell assumed BJD had heard about the gj, but BJD denies hearing anything about it.  But says it would make sense with the porn.

Moderator says she has been "shielding" BJD from some things she has been reading online.  BJD denies Hailey was sexually promiscuous.

She said she saw 'one' picture of each.  And that she said that she told him to get rid of that stuff, IIRC.  She said *specifically* that if she thought SA were into anything like that, they wouldn't have a relationship.

And yet - they did.  Nevermind that he was into that, nevermind that she knew he had been staring at Hailey, nevermind everything.  The had a relationship, and it was her the house where her babies lived.  I had to stop listening and go walking outside.  On one hand I'm thrilled that she's so stupid that she's saying all this, sans lawyer, on public record.  That means there will be justice for Hailey somehow, at least justice for those poor babies who were in the pictures (and animals, too) in a small way at least.  However, nothing can overrun the feeling of disgust and horror for anyone who would let someone who had ONE picture of that in his possession anywhere near her beautiful children.

She had talk with Hailey about sex and birth control after Hailey began having periods but SA was not a part of conversation.

Back in time until when SA went to quit his job.  Walk me through.

BJD:  From what SA or David told her, SA left before she did around 5:30.  She had to remind friend to come get her.  Peeked in on Hailey in her bed, because she wasn't on the couch.  SA called her after 3-3:30 or 4 and she asked how kids were.  SA said neither were there.  Hailey said she was going to her dad's and David wsn't home.

Colorado Middle School is starting a scholarship fund in 13-year old Hailey Dunn's name.

Administrators say all the funds raised from the sale of $2 "Hope for Hailey" bracelets will go toward the scholarship.

SA didn't tell her about job until Wednesday.  First told her he was fired and then said he quit because he didn't get along with a couple of guys.  Went in with the intention of working and then decided he didn't want to.

He told her he turned in uniform and she never saw them after he quit.  Left his gear in locker, but who knows? 

Why did she paint her living room?  Because walls were dirty and paint would come off.  Get her mind off Hailey.  Painted living room because people paint their living room. 

When did you paint it?  Couple of weeks ago.

I personally think she can do jail time for this.

Why did you ask Hailey to stay home?

I didn't tell her to stay home, but she knew if she didn't go with me she had tostay inside the house.  Which obviously she didn't do.

Why didn't you get a lawyer:  I don't feel like I need a lawyer.  I just hope all the truth comes out and hope my daughter comes home.

I didn't do anything wrong to need a lawyer.

Billy asked and has been allowed to see some of the images.  But it was not her flashdrive.  Says it was found in SA's dresser and she didn't know about it.  Some images of her and SA in their "private lives." 

I guess it's hard to deny it if your "private lives" are on the flash drive.

SA did not know Hailey was missing until 2 or 3. 

How did you know what Hailey was wearing to report it to police?

BJD - SA told me what she was wearing on Monday and that is what SA told BJD and that is what she told LE that Hailey was wearing.

He didn't let BJD know until Tuesday when LE was inteviewing BJD as to what Hailey was wearing.  SA told her then what she was wearing.

Do you think Hailey is buried?  I hope she is not.

The night Hailey was sleeping in her room, you said she likes to sleep on the couch.  She normally sleeps on couch but she got a new tv for Christmas and got it a couple of days earlier.  She started sleeping in her room after the tv was put in her room

Go back to videos; I have heard SA likes to make videos. RM talking about the slasher video on internet.

BJD denies knowing about videos but has not looked them up or tried to view them.

RM:  it says it was produced by you (BJD).  Is that true?

BJD:  No, I haven't seen it

RM:  Do you know Cory?

BJD:  Met him a couple of time.  Seems to be a quiet kid.

BJD doesn't believe Cory had anything to do with Cory.

Tell us about SA's fascination with videos and pictures.

"I don't know a lot about it.  He would ask me to send him pictures and I would."

I am asking about his fascination with taking videos of things he is doing.

He has never taken videos of Hailey.

Only donations were from Somer Thompson and that paid for her bills for one month and some on David's car.  She had a van donated to her by someone who does not want to be named.

Describe pictures:  Sexy pictures sent to SA. 

Tough question:  "Is there any reason that SA would have hurt Hailey?"

BJD:  No he would have no reason to hurt her.  If anything, investigators, Hailey may have found out about another woman.  There wasn't a reason.  That is what has been brought up.  No reason.

MOd:  If SA hurt Hailey, what do do you have to say to SA.

Anybody who hurt her is going to rot in hell.  They are going to pay; SA or anybody.  They are sick and how dare they take my baby.  She was given to me.  She was my baby.

She never made me aware that she was afraid of him.

I was never made aware by Hailey that he stood in her door.

She had in the past wanted to go live with her dad.  She would go spend the night and then come back the next day and say she was made at them.
