Dr. Phil called for a boycott of Aruba, and this is being supported by the Aruban tourism industry and maybe some hotels, some casinos, maybe the government itself," Babcock alleged. "But these guys are spending millions of dollars [on] this case, so this isn't two young guys perusing a claim. This is guys with larger backing."

The Aruba Tourism Authority told AOL News that it is "not involved financially or otherwise in this lawsuit."

Klaas ... the documents you posted related to Kay Skeeters agreement to drop her request for attorney fees went "poof".  Is it possible to retrieve and post them again?

I cannot comprehend why Kay Skeeters would make this agreement.  The legal fees were $127,000.

The Kalpoe’s lose a motion against the Estate of Jamie Skeeters. A motion to strike has been granted by the courts in the matter of the Estate of Jamie Skeeters v. Deepak and Satish Kalpoe in the defamation lawsuit.

There is no competent evidence offered as to Defendant Skeeter’s liability for the emotional distress or fraud claims either. As such, the motion is properly granted in favor of Defendant Skeeter given Plaintiffs’ failure to offer sufficient competent evidence on essential elements of all causes of action in the FAC to show a possibility of success on the merits of their claims as against Defendant Skeeters.
