Maybe he's referring to a "box" inside the casket that had a special lock and wasn't opened, because the casket was definitely open!  24ora even published three photos that you could see the skull in, but they have been taken down now. (I wondered if they posted those photos to disprove reports that the skull had been taken...jmo)

I just checked and there is still no decision posted regarding the SUMMARY JUDGEMENT which was heard yesterday.  I find it often takes them a few days to update and post documents.

Hopefully the ruling will be documented tomorrow.

Thanks Magnolia!  I've never noticed that before.  If that's what they're talking about, I think they got into that part too, (unless the remains can be seen through it).  One of the articles I posted mentions a coat being taken.  I read in one of the comments that it was taken from the casket but was found in the kelder. 

IMO, In this picture it looks like there could be a dark piece of clothing of some kind in the kelder.

Thanks Grace.  However ... I am still skeptical.

My fear is that talks is going on behind the scenes negotiating Joran returned to Dutch/Aruban soil.

1.  The Stephany Flores Case - To serve out sentence.
2.  The Natalee Holloway Case - "New" information.

Once on Dutch/Aruban soil ... without an extradition treaty ... Holland/Aruba has the ball in their court ... the ball that implies justice for either Stephany or Natalee will never be realized.

Once on Dutch/Aruban soil ... jurisdiction will dictate that acountability pertaining to the extortion of Beth Holloway will never be realized.

I hope I am wrong on all counts.

I don't think it's even possible or shouldn't be possible that way.  I did get an email from poster 7227 and all they did was have 2 browser windows open (on the same computer) one to read this thread and the other to read the RBN link I posted.  Just a fluke and will likely never see it again
