I love how this law firm representing the two leprechauns is hanging their own clients out to dry. They fully understand that Dr. Phil's attorneys are going to have a whole lot of latitude when in comes to questioning the leprechauns and winning this case won't be hard to win once they take the stand. I'm getting so excited I might wet myself..

I'm curious about the Larry Garrison emails.  No rush though.
I remember in Larry Garrison's depo, he said that Deepak admitted that all
three had sex with Natalee.
Remember Deepak wanted to be paid $1 million to appear on Greta.  She refused
and that is why he didn't appear on any talk shows or give any interviews.
His intention was to sell his story for big bucks.

Yes! Good point! I also agree that it appears to me that the Plaintiffs attorneys are hanging the Kalpoes out to dry. This suit was never "for" or "about" the Kalpoes anyways -- it was funded and meant to benefit Aruban tourism interests. The Kalpoes are too stupid to realize what is happening. I would love to see this case thrown out at Summary Judgement -- but llike KTF --- I would relish the opportunity to get the morons on the stand at trial!!!!

There won't be any of Larry Garrison's stuff with the Plaintiffs filing.  It will be somewhere in the Defendents filings.  If I ever see it I'll be sure and post.

The Plaintiffs are trying to prove why this case shouldn't just get thrown out.
