Joe Tacopina is now representing a cop who raped a young woman in New York.  He and his partner escorted her home and then raped her.  They went back and forth in the apartment four separate times and they have them on video.  The cop who raped this young woman is sick in his head.  He had the nerve to tell her I'll be your boyfriend if you stop drinking.  Wasn't that nice of him

We don't have access to that hard drive so even after evaluating all the tapes and CD's given us, there could still remain in my mind some question.
