I just heard from one of 2NJ's sons.  She is doing OK but has been in the hospital for a while.  He said she has an iPad but has been busy with visitors and stuff and hasn't caught up to all her emails and such.

He's going to let her know tomorrow how much we miss her.  Hopefully she'll get a chance to let us know how she's doing.

I've asked her son if we can send her flowers or something to the hospital.  I suppose it depends upon when she's going to be released.  I'll let you all know.  In any case I will still send her this thread in a card this week.

P.S. I was afraid her son was going to call the facebook cops on me for sending an unsolicited message but he was really very nice

Thank you for letting us know Klaas.  I am so relieved that 2NJ is OK and look forward to hearing from her when she is able to post.

I don't think monkeys realise how much they can be missed if they do not report in every few days.

2NJ? Are you up for a laugh??   

I think everything happens for a reason, and it just hit me that my son is the reason you're in the hospital and Klaas tracked you down through facebook!   

It's given me the bright idea that I can solicit all the monkeys to drop my son a note on his facebook and vote on his beard!   

Something along the lines of, "Geez, you'd look so much better without the pewbs on your chin" should work nicely!!

With my luck she left the hospital today
