it was difficult for me to believe that George was in the LE too...
He always was trying to get the last word in yesterday...that is when the judge told him to be quiet...he had to keep talking even after the objection...he was very cocky on the stand imo...

I think in a situation like this, it can be a lot harder even if George had been LE, because he and his family are personally involved.  For example, I know some advocates that work with the school bring someone else in with them to advocate for their own child, because of the emotional involvement, when they are are perfectly capable of representing a child with needs.  It's so much harder when it's your own.  JMHO  And this isn't taking up for George, it's just an observation.  I think George had certain knowledge and I think he helped clean up and cover up, so anything that gets thrown at him is fine with me.

I got that but there is no way to do that with the way he is going at it. He is so stupid it makes me ill to listen to him. The bottom line they were ALL trying to find out where Caylee was regardless of the other circumstances.

Bozo is showing that she was dead so there was no point in further questioning.

That began yesterday when he talked about the letter Casey wrote, as if they "coerced" her.   It was a choice, she took it when he was in NY having a grand time with Whoraldo!

Agreed, and he is also opening the door to discuss 2 things that he DOES NOT want a jury to hear:

1. Paul Kelley's advice and involvement in setting up the first trust account for donations and whether or not any of the funds were paid to Baez Law Firm.

2. HOW he was retained, in other words, who actually arranged his representation- he presumes LE and the State buy the crap about the inmate giving Casey his number.  Nope.

Bozo is arguing back with the judge. What about the judge ruling he could not bring in that line is questioning does he not understand?  He thinks he can do as he wants regardless of the ruling.
