Mom, Brother To Stand Trial In Disabled Family Member's Death

Jeremy Marlow, 26, Died January 26, 2010

POSTED: 5:38 am PST February 22, 2011
UPDATED: 11:36 am PST February 22, 2011

SAN DIEGO -- An El Cajon woman and her son, who are accused of neglecting a severely disabled younger son until he died, waived their right to a preliminary hearing Tuesday and will stand trial on involuntary manslaughter and other charges.

And it seems the judge assigned to this case was also on the J. Gardner III case (Chelsea King and Amber D.)

Still Underemployed
Hey, people. This is the same Judge Peter Deddeh that gave Gardner III the reduced sentence in 2000 so he could be back on the streets to rape and kill. He has a long history of SOFT SENTENCES.
Expect these people NOT to get nine years in this case unless Deddeh is removed as the Judge.
