Hailey's Mom: Child Porn Not Found in Home

Dunn said she was relieved to hear that the memory stick retrieved from her home did not contain any child pornography.

“One of the investigators told me that there was no child pornography on it. That made me feel a little bit better,” she added.

She did say that there was adult pornography on it.

“The only thing that came out of my house during the search was the memory stick. They (law enforcement officials) asked me whose it was and I told them I didn’t know. I didn’t recognize it,” said Dunn.

“They told me that it came out of Shawn’s dresser and I told them I guess it was his then.”

Shawn Adkins is the only named suspect in the case of the teenager last seen on Dec. 27 from her home in Colorado City.

Adkins told investigators early on in the investigation that he saw the teen walking to a friend’s house to spend the night.

However, Hailey Dunn never arrived and Billie Dunn reported her missing Dec. 28.

Adkins said on an Internet talk show Thursday night that he was surprised at the child pornography and bestiality found on a computer confiscated from his mother’s home in Big Spring, adding that several people had access to the computer.

Possession of child pornography could result in grand jury indictments and Adkins said he was aware of that possibility.

“There’s a possibility that I might be going to jail for something I never did,” he said on the radio show.

Almost 109,000 images and videos depicting "deviant acts" and pornography were found on a computer and memory stick confiscated in the investigating of the disappearance of Colorado City teenager Hailey Dunn, according to authorities investigating the case.

The Dell Inspiron 530 computer contained "approximately 108,498 pictures depicting deviant acts," according to evidence seized after a search warrant issued in early January. The computer was confiscated from the home of Shawn Adkins' mother in the 2800 block of Apache Street in Big Spring.

Adkins, the former boyfriend of Hailey Dunn's mother, Billie Jean Dunn, is the only named suspect in the case.

The search warrants for the digital media were issued by 32nd District Judge Glen Harrison's office in Sweetwater.

A memory stick confiscated from a dresser in the master bedroom of the Dunn residence in Colorado City was found to contain "320 images and videos of a pornographic nature."

Both the computer and the memory stick contain images depicting bestiality and child pornography, said Mitchell County Sheriff Patrick Toombs.

SWEETWATER, Texas -- A digital memory stick containing images of child pornography was discovered in Billie Dunn and Shawn Adkins’ bedroom as law enforcement searched for evidence pertaining to the disappearance of Colorado City teenager Hailey Dunn, according to Mitchell County Sheriff Patrick Toombs.

In addition to the digital images found in their bedroom, more than 100,000 pornographic images were found on a computer that police seized as evidence from Adkins’ mother’s residence in Big Spring on Jan. 7.

This information was revealed on a return on warrants to the office of Judge Glen Harrison, 32nd District Court for Fisher, Mitchell and Nolan counties. The judge's office is located in the Nolan County Courthouse in Sweetwater.

I thought I was seeing a difference in claims of what was on the memory stick between BD/SA & LE.  Ugh.  I wish LE would clarify but then again, if the public doesn't need to know at this point then there isn't really a reason they should bother to respond to the differing claims.

Just because Billie has declared that the LE told her there was no porn on the memory stick doesn't mean she is telling the truth.     When the child porn/bestiality information was released to the public, Billie Jean stated she didn't know about it and had to talk to the investigators to learn some truths.   But, Shawn Adkins stated on the BTHN radio interview that he had told Billie Jean about the child porn BEFORE it was made public.

Billie may have been forwarned by Shawn regarding the child porn that was on his mother's computer but ... on February 26th she claimed to be in the dark regarding the child porn that was allegedly on the memory stick ... the memory stick found in the dresser in Shawn and her bedroom dresser drawer.

Was there child porn on the memory stick?  No ... according to Shawn.  No ... according to Billie Jean.  In the original reporting ... did Sheriff Toombs get it wrong ... or were  Billie and Shawn lying in their respective BTHN's interviews.

And yet she stayed together with him & still is.  Personally, I dont believe a word out of either of their filthy mouths.  I'll wait for official legal documentation as to what was found on what electronic devices.   Obviously the truth is not being told on behalf of Hailey but it will come out when it comes time to having to save themselves.  There is something very strategic going on to get to the truth & while everyone (including myself) is very frustrated not knowing what is going on I have to have faith that we'll get the answers.

People are reporting that they saw it on her during the search yesterday, there were several comments on FB today about it.  Personally, I think its a statement that Hailey is being thought of in the past tense & the size of the tat itself seems to be an attempt on Billie's part to have it serve as an exhibit of how much she loves her daughter...key word being "attempt."   Regardless, between the tat and her remarks about Hailey being the only one she wanted is also an unexplainable insensitivity for her son's feelings & a cold dismissal of him.

Midlander Holly Jenkins spotted the knife-cover in Morgan Creek in Dunn, Texas, a small town north of Colorado City.

Jenkins reached into the water and retrieved the cover before placing it on the ground along the wooded shore area.

I have never read anything affirmative, and something like that would hit like mad IF LE had released any information on it.  It's possible it is related, but they're holding that information close to the vest if it was.

Ok, I think he was only using this as just one of the possible things against SA and if BD is an accomplice he is saying all this will go before a grand jury sooner than later and she better make a deal before SA nails her azz!  He is assuming like all of us BD is part of the crime or had knowledge after and covered for loverscum.   Maybe he has knowledge of this case going before a grand jury w/o a body that we don't know about?  We could only dream, huh?
