According to an official with the district attorney's office for the 32nd Judicial District, Dunn was charged with:

Hindering apprehension/prosecution, a Class A misdemeanor

Possession of a dangerous drug, a Class A misdemeanor

Giving a false report to a peace officer, a Class B misdemeanor

-------------
how much time would BD be looking at

Sec. 12.21.  CLASS A MISDEMEANOR.  An individual adjudged guilty of a Class A misdemeanor shall be punished by:(1)  a fine not to exceed $4,000;(2)  confinement in jail for a term not to exceed one year;  or(3)  both such fine and confinement.

Sec. 12.22.  CLASS B MISDEMEANOR.  An individual adjudged guilty of a Class B misdemeanor shall be punished by:(1)  a fine not to exceed $2,000;(2)  confinement in jail for a term not to exceed 180 days;  or(3)  both such fine and confinement.

Multiple choice here:
Billie Dunndumm had illegal Rx drugs on her.  What do you think they were?
A.  hydrocodone
B.  oxycodone
C.  xanax
D.  all of the above
I'll bet her thoughts right now are, 1. damn, I'm gonna be sick without my drugs here in jail and I ain't got nomore donation money to buy none with, 2. Ooohhh, I don't wanna be a night without my loverboy, wonder how they're treating him, hope he's okay, 3.  this will really scare off my connects now, 4.  I ain't takin no shower and washin my eyeliner off, 4. I ain't got nobody to call cause everyone I know won't pick up a call from a police station/jail.  Oh, I didn't mention Hailey cause I sincerely doubt she's wondering about her except to get pizzed at all she's had to lose cause of all this mess.

I honestly think that LE is usng this as a tactic for her to throw Shawn
under the bus.

Also the warrant for SA may be to identify tats, etc. for positive ID in
the porn.

now theres a thought,good thinking
I hope Billie does, but....she may go down under the water and drown. Like Misty she would prefer, perhaps 2 drown than tell the details.

IF these kind of people choose prison over the truth, then God knows the truth must be really ugly !

The coverage was nothing we didn't really know.  They even didn't know that she was staying in jail over night to get a bond (possibly) in the morning.  They say they're going to stay there and continue to cover, but....

Did you catch it, Capp?

Not many days, really, especially if you consider that days spent in jail waiting count towards the eventual length of time.  That being said, it worked to keep Elisa there because they set her bond high.  But BD's fb supporters are already gearing up to bond her out.

Still waiting for KTAB live news after the basketball game

It can be viewed here:

http://bigcountryhomepage.com/livevideo-ktab

I had a UPS commercial (which suddenly seems creepy in context), and then "Live" (versus the previous "offline"), and waiting with ya, Capp.  But I might need a cup of cappuccino as my energy drink has worn off.  /cry

They showed G'ma's house & bags coming out....I caught it a minute in & just went over her charges, being arraigned tomorrow.  Confirmed two search warrants were served one on Shawn's person & the home of G'ma.

Rumor alert...but it is a rumor we have speculated on

DeNeise Bennett Coates

The police were trying to serve a DNA search warrant on Shawn Adkin's body! Because Billie lied and said Shawn wasn't at her house, she was arrested: "The Mitchell County night jailer, who declined to give her name, says Billie Jean Dunn was arrested at her Colorado City home and charged with hindering apprehension and prosecution, possession of dangerous drugs and obstructing justice. All are misdemeanors.

They took Hailey's sheets back in January. I wonder if they've found the couch cushions yet. Could body also mean distinguishing marks such as tats, scars, birthmarks etc? They obviously had a warrant to search for electronics. I watched KTAB news on tv and it showed them taking out what looked like a computer tower. The reporter stated officers there(camera was on 2 officers) have electronics.

Maybe searchers or LE in searching G'ma's house found something to compare DNA to ? I dunno. This is all so mucked up.

Why is her "dangerous druG" charge a misdemeanor? If she were caught with a benzo or opiat, that should be a FELONY. And note, it says "dangerous DruG", which would be one pill.

I think her bond will be low and she will be out by tomorrow and lawyered up. MOO.
