Bill Clinton has been blaming the rising number of food riots on food grains being used for ethanol production.

Please explain.

How much of the global grain supply has been put into meat production to meet rising demands in Asia (China/India) for animal products?

I think ethanol is a drop in the bucket.

Why isn't he targeting meat production in China?  Meat imports to China?

Why does he keep blaming Americans?

This sound more like anti-Americans finding ways to point the blame at Americans.  Blame the Americans syndrome...
