This article is about the mythological sea nymphs.

In Greek mythology the Sirens or Seirenes (Greek Σειρήνες or Acheloides) were Naiads (sea nymphs) who lived on an island called Sirenum scopuli. In some different traditions they are placed on Cape Pelorum, others in the island of Anthemusa, and still others in the Sirenusian islands near Paestum, or in Capreae (Strab. i. p. 22 ; Eustath. ad Horn. p. 1709 ; Serv. I.e.}. All locations were described to be surrounded by cliffs and rocks. Approaching sailors were drawn to them by their enchanting singing, causing them to sail into the cliffs and drown. They were considered the daughters of Achelous (by Terpsichore, Melpomene or Sterope) or Phorcys (Virgil. V. 846; Ovid XIV, 88). Homer says nothing of their number, but later writers mention both their names and number ; some state that they were two, Aglaopheme and Thelxiepeia (Eustath. ad Horn. p. 1709) ; and others, that there were three, Peisinoe, Aglaope, and Thelxiepeia (Tzetz. ad LycopL7l2) or Parthenope, Ligeia, and Leucosia (Eustath. /. c.; Strab. v. pp. 246, 252 ; Serv. ad Virg. Georg. iv. 562). Their number is variously reported as between two and five, and their individual names as Thelxiepia/Thelxiope/Thelxinoe, Molpe, Aglaophonos/Aglaope, Pisinoe/Peisinoë, Parthenope, Ligeia, Leucosia, Raidne, and Teles. According to some versions, they were playmates of young Persephone and were changed into the monsters of lore by Demeter for failing to intervene when Persephone was abducted (Ovid V, 551). The term "siren song" refers to an appeal that is hard to resist but that, if heeded, will lead to a bad result.

Sirens could be a reference to people ( not necessarily women, remember Shango has to use what he can to get his point across without discovery of his own identity) that are going around trying to confuse everyone.  Think in larger terms than what Simian was saying.  Shango is more removed from the actual happenings than Simian.

Next Dirty Hand reference is all about how the Arawaks (take you pick ALE or Arubans, it makes a different ending depending on whom you choose) did not want him in the first place. They did not ask for him to be there and they don't like him, but they are afraid of him.  

I am going out on a limb here and say that the sacrifice was Joran.  The original guilty person in all of this.  If Dirty Hand ( aka van der Stratten OR Rudy Croes OR Edwin C.) had told what they know about the night in question and what he did to and with Natalee he would be in KIA right now. But he isn't.  Now, who would have known enough about what happened that night or been told by someone what happened that could have sent Joran to jail and him stay there?  Stay tuned?

Even with Lorenzo as Posner's proxy it would still be known that Posner was the one to be "afeared of"

I used to think Babylonians were the Dutch but the more I reread this I think it is the Casino people.
The Brits had a good TV Series called Hotel Babylon set in a posh Hotel Casino and all the dirty doings that go on behind the scenes with staff, guests and others.  Made me think of all this when I watched it.

What or where is the "Great House"?  I don't think the "Great House" is the casino's.  Great House could be the Hague, Governor of Aruba's house, or maybe even the House the Governor recides or the House Nelson Oduber recides in?  

Our Governors office are in the Capitols, our Presidents have the White House, the Dutch have the Hague. So, what does Simian refer to when he/she mentions the "Great House"?

If I recall, back from Natalee.net, it was said that Shango is female. And when she stopped posting, I had asked about it, I was told that she had been silenced. What ever that means.

Even if you play cards in the house of babylon as an arawak, you still have DirtyHand.
If DirtyHand comes out of hiding, Babylon will fall and the cowboys will circle the wagons.
DirtyHand can destroy the Arawaks and Babylon.
Better to prepare the sacrifice quickly so the cowboys go home

Before I go into this Dirty Hand reference, I want to divert your attention to another important thing, please bear with me...
It is about the singing cards (various ideas abound on that also).  Please look closely at this:The arawaks hold the singing cards. They have the babylonian and 2 shivas. But the other card is dirty.  Shango says that the Arubans OR ALE (take your pick) hold the cards now.  Yet, Shango is saying there are at least 4 cards.  Joran, Deepak, Satish and one other one that is dirty.  So who did the ALE hold by this time?  Who was in jail and could have been considered a singing card?  

Now, to Dirty Hand...he has the power to end it all for the Arubans and also the Dutch.  This seems to be an indication that Babylonians are the Dutch since there is a reference to the Babylonian singing card (which I think is Joran).  Notice the reference of playing the card in the house of Babylon as an arawak.  Now, what does that mean?  It is obvious that Shango knew that Dirty Hand would incense the Americans if they ever found our who it was.

Shango clearly says that everyone knows who is Dirty Hand OR who they have been for years and that it is known that these persons are the ones that know all and see all and can cause a lot of trouble for everyone.  Apparently, Shango knew that Dirty Hand held little power over the Americans, just the Dutch and the Arubans.
