You know tho when it was told about Guido's arrest in Holland, that he was gay, and owned a white car I had thought it could've been Guido that was "annoyingly chasing" Deepak's car because he may have been jealous of Joran being with Natalee...and maybe the "heavy battery" charge was from fighting Natalee because of that and possibly not from trying to rape her.

klaas can delete those posts, but there are some that others might like to use.

Carlos - Columbian witness – Man who reported that he had witnessed the rape, murder and disposal of a female victim at sea. He also reportedly had evidence consisting of a used condom that had been stored at a laboratory in Venezuela. He was detained in the Aruban jail and is facing expulsion from Aruba. It has been reported that he fabricated the story and has been discredited.

Isn't this amazing:

Joran says that Natalee hit her head on a rock and drowned...
he says that he wanted to have sex with her...
but he didn't have a CONDOM

Columbian on the beach witness who claims to have seen a rape, murder and disposal of a young woman at the California sand dunes. Claims to have 2 pieces of evidence from the crime.

and.... Joran says he lost his SHOES

(is there any question in our minds that Paulus, through his connections
with the justice department, knew that they had a witness to the crime?)

The gardner IS credible, IMO.

(Of course I thought the landfill witness was credible, too ...    )

I haven't a clue. I'm not even sure we should believe he lost one or both of them.

I agree with you on the part about the labratory... but maybe the witness
just said that to try to protect himself... that sounds like something a
person might do to prevent someone from killing him.  ie:

I've got the evidence... it's being stored for safekeeping (as insurance
in case something happens to me)... dna from a used condom would
be a priceless piece of evidence... one that could get you killed over...
especially, in Aruba.
