Damn! Iam soooo annoyed now. Yes, the Judge should have at least addressed Baez delinquency in fulfilling the Courts orders. AND for the lame excuses he came up with, including blaming the judge and the SA for his noncompliance. This is ridiculous! Baez will never learn, he'll just take this as a license to get worse and more cocky.

Just got back from the Dr's...two stitches, tetnis shot & antibiotics and Im good to go.   Before I left I saw that the defense did not succeed in their motion regarding Kathi     I will read back to catch up & will be watching the rest.

I see Mason is on the defense with what LBD is discussing now

From Baez little apology speech ..I take it the man got schooled privately by the judge....and was more or less told to cut the crap and say sorry nicely to the prosecution.

Earlier, Chief Judge Belvin Perry denied a request to call a TV reporter as a witness in the Casey Anthony murder case.

The mother of accused murderer Casey Anthony took the stand this morning on the third day of crucial pretrial hearings in her daughter's murder case.

Cindy Anthony testified about what investigators said about her daughter's defense attorney, Jose Baez, shortly after her granddaughter was reported missing.

She said law enforcement "didn't like Mr. Baez. It was very clear from Day One." She said lead investigators said Baez was not interested in finding Caylee and they did not trust him.

Cindy said she shared phone messages claiming to have possible details about Caylee. She shared these with the investigators, and Detective John Allen told her, "He felt those phone calls were set up by Mr. Baez," she said. She added that Allen told her, "I wouldn't put it past him. That's just the way he is."
