http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPrrq0HQ2ws

Oh barf. I can't even get through the whole thing. What a piece of work. She goes on and on about how distraught she is to find Caylee, but don't dare ask her about Casey, the one person who holds the information to what happened. Geeeezz......

Her interview with greta and any other interviews ! cindy played the be gentle on me poor grama mentality!! if it doesnt work she will explode and get nasty.

I am hoping that tomorrow, her clothes are not ready, and ICA has to attend court in her jail attire.  That would really piss her and Bozo off, and I would love it.

lol zoo
I hear ya! let's see what part of his body she will grab tomorrow!! You know they will never(defense) be sucessful in defending her! there is just to much the state has on her! Her  And her attorneys demeanor in court will not go over with the jury! Mason and baez are downright nasty! dont you think? that the jury will note the difference between them and the state?
I cant believe that its almost trial time  what 63 days!!

AND JUDGE PERRY NEEDS TO INSTILL SOME ORDER IN THE COURTROOM!!

I know, that is what boggles my mind.  Here they are so worried about Caylee, they have the murdering spawn in their home while out on bond, and they don't ask her any questions?  I would have been on her like white on rice and I would not care one little tiny bit if her lawyer said to not talk to her.

zoo
exactly didnt casey say in one of her jail visists that she couldnt do anything from in jail to assist to look for caylee! what is wrong with this family! what possible reason for them not to ask about anything? are they afraid they may upset her! there were no pleads to the kidnapper to return caylee nothing absolutely nada!! and what did she do while out on bail? she made dinner for padilla nephew! she played games with tracy! no remorse nada! I think she felt enpowered to be in control! she got her revenge on cindy! for loving caylee. She broke up with jesse because he loved caylee so much! what woman would want a man that would accept and lover her children? doesnt compute there was signs of her defects way back!!

I'm just re-watching some video clips from the hearings.

In this one, George says, "Anything I could have done to bring my granddaughter home, I would have done, and I would still do, I would still do."   Huh?  Are they still on  the "Caylee is alive" agenda or do I misunderstand what he's conveying?  But even so, I never saw them do anything to bring Caylee home. KFN command centers, driving billboards around town, holding out the donation jar, media appearances to dispute facts, is what I saw.  It's just a phrase for George and Cindy to throw around I guess.

George Anthony Questions Prosecutor

Tupelo
glad you were able to attend the hearings.
What possible healthy relationship would they expect to have with casey if she was to be found not guilty! If there was tension before than wow there surely would be tension thereafter! do you honestly think behind closed doors that cindy or george would feel safe or even condone her attitude of freedom no remorse none. She clearly is guilty they know it. if she was to walk they would be pissed at her because she will never acknowege caylee even existed.

let's just hope that casey continues to do what she is doing! grooming herself!! writing notes! looking cold and detatched because the jury will hate her. Also let bozo continue his nasty self because they will hate him too! she picked the right lawyer!! had she gotten a season lawyer like the late johnny cochran! she may have ben able to get away with murder. karma is a bitch and so is she.

 ::snipping2:: From the above website....

No tobacco use in any form is permitted. No bottles, beverage containers, paper cups or edibles are allowed in the courtroom, except as permitted by the Court. No gum chewing is permitted.

Why does Cindy not have to follow the rules???? She sat on the stand with her vodka aka water bottle right on top of that desk.

Counsel shall admonish all persons at counsel table that gestures, facial expressions, audible comments, or the like, as manifestations of approval or disapproval during the testimony of witnesses, or at any other time, are absolutely prohibited.

My guess is this will be the decorum for TRIAL.

We are still having pre-trial hearings.

That is all I can come up with.

Maybe a monkey with more legal experience can shed some light for us.

I wish someone would explain it to me too Brandi. So many on the defense side, making faces (that creepy old Lyons dude), KC, George, Cindy shaking their heads. But the water bottle just threw me. I even yelled at the monitor WTH does she have a bottle with her. I knew that isn't allowed in a courtroom. And George chewing gum, that pizzed me off too knowing that is not allowed either.

It says unless permitted by the court, so I guess he allows water bottles.  Anytime I see trials on TV, usually I see the people on witness stand drinking water or the lawyers have water too.

She asked JP is he minded if she have the water, showed it to him, and he said it was ok.  Some people in the gallery had water bottles, like Marinade Dave, and Baez had coffee cups, red bull cans and water bottles.  Sometimes he didn't know which drink he really wanted. lol

On all day hearings or trials, I think this water bottle thing may be easier accepted. It's better than people running in and out of the courtroom all day long. jmo   NOW the gum chewing.....that's a different story for me.  The only ones who chew are the Anthonys, that I have seen.

he has no immunity testifying now.

I had a few minutes, so I'm checking in.  Thanks, Brandi for my new clothes!  They fit fine!

Tupelo-  ITA that LDB is on top of things, regardless of what Casey/Baez/The A's or anyone else does or does not do.     I love the way she kept cutting George and Cindy off when they attempted to rabbit trail to avoid directly answering her questions.  She can go toe-to-toe, face-to-face, no problem.  George and Cindy haven't seen anything yet, if they think they're going to bully her.  With complete respect to LDB, she's a Jack Russel terrier...she holds on and doesn't let go.  LOL! Go LDB!  For two people who "have nothing to hide", George and Cindy sure have a surplus of barely contained rage for the people who they demanded find Caylee...the people Cindy called three times...the people attempting to prove who killed Caylee.  It's all about saving Casey to them...disgusting.

And, how about that Nanny?  Have you found her yet Cindy? Funny how nobody on Baez' side is concerned with finding Zanny and neither or the A's. If you want to clear Casey, show us the Nanny!  Wouldn't that be a better use of your time than sitting through every hearing? Just saying.

Time to run!  Read you all later!

It will be fantastic if we can have some Monkeys in the courtroom during trial. And kudos to anyone who is willing to take the risk of getting in!  I'll be watching for you from my monitor.....I have to be able to see Casey's reactions head on.......it's gonna be good. These past 3 days gave us a taste of how she'll be. I swear they are going to have to tranquillize her to help her from showing her wrath.

I laughed out loud at  expression when her darling mother said Full of Chit......I wonder how much longer JP is going to allow the expressions from George as he sits in the courtroom. I do think the 'performances' by both the Anthony's sealed their fate regarding being sequestered during the trial. Can't remember where I read it....perhaps InSessions from a member who was there who said, although it wasn't seen on TV the bailiff was headed towards George when he became overly combative towards LDB and screamed at her he 'WOULD challenge her'.. I would loved to have seen the bailiff whoop up on him a bit!

BBM   I agree.  Lee knows what his sister did, but being blood, he still loves her.  I understand that.  He may even feel guilty, as if maybe he could have done something to prevent this. I can tell you from my observation of him those two days....Lee trusts no one.  He looks at people, but never smiles, conversed only with G & C that I saw and that was minimal.  I saw him outside of the courtroom as well, he arrives alone, he leaves alone, he goes to lunch alone.   He has immunity...........so it's probably a bit of both, just wish I knew WHY he has immunity.

tupelo, Lee only has use immunity for his deposition only......and I am of the opinion that he has made the decision not to lie for KC if there is any chance of incriminating himself.

Use immunity

Definition
: immunity granted to a witness in a criminal case that prevents the use of the witness's compelled testimony against that witness in a criminal prosecution
Transactional and use immunity are granted to preserve the constitutional protection against self-incrimination. The states grant either form of this immunity, while the federal government grants only use immunity. A witness with use immunity may still be prosecuted, but only based on evidence not gathered from the protected testimony.
2  : a usu. statutory prohibition that excludes specific documents or information from discovery

There were 2 bailiffs that lept to their feet, the one in front of me started moving towards George. I bet my eyes were bulged as it was shocking in a way, and they reacted so quickly.  The bailiff over by George went back to his position rather quickly. The one in front of me, to the right of JP just shy of the bench, by the table that the defense said they were going to use so no cameras could see what they were doing, stood there for several minutes, I guess to make sure George was going to remain calm.  I think it was the bailiffs that put George in his place, more that JP. lol

Lots of luck if George thinks he stands a chance Challenging Linda Drane Burdick!!   I'd pay to see that!

So is LDB going to handle witnesses and tell the basic story and Ashton will handle all the forensics and those witnesses?  Caylee sure has great people on her team!

Thanks Sunny!  Now I remember the "use" immunity.  I wonder in Dom Casey has this as well, I have a feeling he does.
