talked with hubs while driving back from Florida..I told him that I did feel some pity/sympathy for the grand parents even though they are turds about not being more loyal to Caylee..as a grand parent, I do have some compassion for the grand parents even though I don't like them or what they are doing to protect Casey and in doing so disrespecting Caylee...
mind you, hubs does not follow the case like we do..but he says, I don't feel sorry for them at all..they contributed to the problem that is Casey..they need to accept the responsibility of their culpability in the daughter that they raised...if they would have clamped down on Casey years ago instead of letting her get away with all her lies and deception, they might have a live grand daughter now...

Gee, I didn't even think about those charges being dropped.  Don't need any delays for the start of the trial either, but I have a feeling something will delay it.

I don't feel any particular obligation to be fair to George Anthony and of course he didn't make up the watching people nonsense.  It was obvious that an unscrupulous person, likely a PI he had hired had told him that, and he bought it.  The funny part was that he did buy it and repeated it. And in point of fact, I believe he did clean the trunk.  I think he left the bag of trash to make it appear it hadn't been cleaned.  As to the outline of Caylee, I doubt there was anything he could use that would have removed that stain. And he probably tried.  I won't go into details, but I don't think that what was in the trunk was just a clean outline of a baby.  That's what was left when he got through.  "...Not all the perfume of Araby..."

To me as I have said from the beginning - George is the most lowlife of them all. Cindy is nuts and likely has been all her life like KC. George was supposed to be the FATHER in that family and in that role he should not only be held responsible by society, but he will be held responsible by God. Having been a police officer he held an even great position of trust so he should have been truthful. I said from day one HE LIED when he told that long arduous tale about seeing them leave that day. You could tell he was lying. No man remembers details of clothing like he described. It is just not in their nature. I knew for sure in my mind then the cover up was on.

I think Cindy "thought" she thoroughly cleaned that car. NO ONE would ever remove and wash all those things if they did not know something was amiss. My FIRST impulse would be to get the police to go through it with a fine tooth comb in hopes of finding some relevant clue as to where my granddaughter was. Because she KNEW her granddaughter was most likely dead at the hand of her daughter, she decided to make sure LE did not have anything to prosecute her. Cindy even stooped so low as to deliberately give them the wrong hairbrush & toothbrush. That alone tells me she wanted them to think Caylee was still alive so when they ran the DNA it would match KC's & would not match Caylee's. That hair in the trunk was the evidence she missed and needed to find a way around LE , so she thought (being stupid about forensics) wanted to cover up.

Yes, yes and yes!

When the computer searches came out months in advance of Caylee's murder, I sensed that but when the discovery came out about Casey telling Amy she had savings & she was going to acquire her parents home that sealed that thought for me.   I mean she even had Amy believe her to the point that she submitted an official change of address notice & sent a package to her parents home!   In my mind, there was no other way around that lie unless she was planning on getting rid of her parents.

I think she had a plan to do away with her parents or at least one of them. Which one I am not sure because her and George had those "secret" phones going on, but without Cindy they would have no money, so maybe even both. She told many times about the $15,000 she had or was going to have. At first I thought that might be one of those Gerber Life policies she took out on Caylee before she killed her since that is the usual amount, but then that is also the usual amount on group policies from work. We know she didn't work, but it may have been a policy that Cindy had on George or herself.  

Something which has always bothered me was the $5,000 she supposedly gave to bozo when she hired him. She had no money or maybe that was from an insurance policy she had on Caylee. That has always stuck in my craw because we know George & Cindy didn't give it to her (1. they didn't like him 2. they were broke according to their testimony in the bond hearing and then later their checking account records) Does anyone remember anything which told where that came from?
