I should be a little more specific.  When I say sparkly, I mean, like the silver flashing stars, like above LV's head.

OK, Klaas: I can get this to work just fine:



But I thought it would be cute if Casa had a moving tail. So..... I made these:






I can't get the layers from overlapping. It looks fine as long as I'm in Photoshop, but when it gets to photobucket, the layers overlap! I've tried everything! Help? THANK YOU!
