ORLANDO, Fla. -- A court hearing that has already spanned three days continued Monday in the Casey Anthony murder case.
The hearing has been centered around what evidence should be allowed at trial, and Judge Belvin Perry could rule on the motions as early as Monday afternoon.

Anthony's defense team believes anything she told deputies after initially being placed in handcuffs the evening of July 15 should be suppressed from her trial because she was not read her rights. Anthony was only briefly handcuffed that day, and was not arrested and taken to the Orange County Sheriff's Office until the following day after speaking with investigators on July 16.

I can't believe Mason said the case His Honor quoted "Parks" was not relevant.  If it wasn't relevant, His Honor wouldn't have mentioned it.  Also, admonishing the Judge to read the cases, what an insult to His Honor.  The Judge knows more case law by heart than Mason can find in law books, IMO.

That was really shocking to hear him tell the judge those things. I wonder if he is losing his mind to Alzheimers as no attorney would ever admonish a judge like that.

IIRC..Andrea Lyons did the exact same thing more then once to Judge Stan.  I think it shows very poor courtroom etiquette to try to school the Judge in his own courtroom.

All of this is laying the groundwork for going to trial for the murder of an innocent child.  It just boggles the mind.

Judge Perry did not rule on the admissibility of evidence regarding chloroform and plant life at the crime scene where the remains of Casey's 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, were found in December 2008.

ITA..Let the FBombs fall where they may..and that is tame for some of the words that whole family has used.

Viewers should not be watching the hearing nor the murder trial of a two old by her own mother if they are upset by rough language..things are going to get much more graphic..as the trial continues.
