With the f bomb article.,,,,,,I understand, children need not hear this and many folks don't care for the word, but this is part of the facts of this case and if media decides to cover this, then let her rip.  Give warnings in advance, show it at the bottom of the screen, and let the viewer decide if they care to continue watching or to turn the channel.  jmo

ITA..Let the FBombs fall where they may..and that is tame for some of the words that whole family has used.

Viewers should not be watching the hearing nor the murder trial of a two old by her own mother if they are upset by rough language..things are going to get much more graphic..as the trial continues.

Look, there are FCC rules and regulations BUT you should not have to apologize for live coverage within a legal proceeding...if they need to be concerned about this they could put it on like a 5 second delay so they can bleep it out...its that simple.

Taken from Amil's post:  "InSession said to CA they would not show up unannounced and it would be around March 22. They'll call the attorney's office and set it up. I don't know what they were talking about."

It sure looks like InSession is going to interview them.   Take note of the date as it is the day before the Frye hearings are set to be heard.

I'm sure George and Cindy will be among the first to testify at trial.  They can go sit in the gallery once they've testified right?  Wonder how long that will last?  We should start a monkey pool with bananas!

If they can be recalled as a witness they cannot come into the court room at all until they are totally dismissed as a witness. That will make them crazy because I would bet the defense will hold them until it is over just for rebuttals if they think it is necessary.

Turbo, I have a very dumb question, but here goes...

What would keep them from recording or TIVOing the hearing and watching it later? Wouldn't that be illegal?
