Kronk details problems with ex-wives

Elsewhere in his deposition, Kronk was asked about his first marriage to a woman named Crystal. He said they were together nine years before it ended.

Asked if there was domestic violence, Kronk said there was "towards the end...she attacked me...with her nails."

He said she met another man while working on the Exxon Valdes oil spill.

Kronk was then living in Hawaii. The couple then moved to Maryland, and Kronk said, "She was actually allowing the guy to stay in the house. And I asked that he leave and she got very angry with me."

Kronk and his wife had a bitter divorce. He was estranged from his son and he said she told him thing to discredit him as a father.

But after Kronk discovered Caylee's remains, he said his ex-wife called him.

"I think she had some designs on making money," he said.

Later, Kronk said his lawyer received a call that one of his ex-wives was trying to contact Random House "to write a tell all book about me."

Asked which wife, Kronk said, "I believe it was Crystal because I know that Crystal has been working with Leonard Padilla to discredit me. He even mentioned her name on Nancy Grace. This woman has absolutely no love for me whatsoever."

Kronk said he has two ex-wives.

I have always felt bad for Kronk..the defense in this case has made sure no good deed went unpunished.  All he is guilty of is being the hero and finding this little girls body..when her mother could have told LE that months before.

News 13 has learned Perry has returned from Tallahassee where he was meeting with state lawmakers this week over budget issues.

He is expected to travel back to Tallahassee on Monday to fulfill his duties as chair of the Florida Innocence Commission.

In the meantime, an Orange County court spokesperson told News 13 that Perry's involvement with state business has never impacted his making court rulings in a timely manner.

Gypsy~ When I think about the odds that a remorseless killer like kc hooking up with an unethical boob like Baez it stuns me. This trial is more for him than her I think.
All the interference from CA would most likely not happened had kc been represented by an upstanding person. The TES persecution probably wouldn't have happened. Kronk probably would have been looked into but not accused , so many people trashed...it's a shame that a guy who should not have ever been allowed to practice law now has the ability to fight dirty legally!
I'm waiting on pins and needles for the rulings.

The domain name is registered through GoDaddy.com. It was created Dec. 24, 2009, expires on that date this year and was last updated Feb. 8. A man at DomainsByProxy.com – which is affiliated with GoDaddy — said he couldn’t give out information on the owner because the accounts are secure.

WFTV news director Bob Jordan said, “I don’t know who did it. We’re taking legal steps to make whoever did it cease and desist.”

The station found out about kathibelich.com three or four weeks ago, Jordan said.

He described Belich as “mildly miffed” about the discovery. “We reserve the right to get more than mildly miffed if we find out who did it,”Jordan said.

I didn't know this either.  FL Bar doesn't play games, they just drag their feet sometimes, imo.  Baez will pay big for being the first Hispanic defense attorney in a murder case of this magnitude (or something like that, lol)

The documents contain information about when Casey borrowed a shovel from her neighbor one month before Caylee was reported missing. The neighbor, Brian Burner, said that the excuse Casey gave for borrowing it was she needed to dig up a bamboo root. He stated to investigators that he thought that was strange, because she moved out shortly afterward and didn't understand why she would care about yard work.
Many of the 64 depositions that were filed are several hundred pages each. WFTV.com is working to obtain some key depositions and will post them if we're able to get them.

Regarding Baez buying KB domain name. I talked to my hubby who works with computers about this. He said they set up laws years ago to prevent people from putting porn sites on celebrity names, but one of the changes was that you have to prove a valid reason for having the name over the actual person. So if he had a KB working for him he could do that, but if he doesn't he has to give it up. All she has to do is try to register the name, get denied and file a complaint. Hope this helps.

I don't think I will even attempt to go during the trial.  Just too much involved if I can't get in due to the lottery. But I will definitely be there with you in spirit!

I have made a decision to try to attend the trial. I won't be there the first week and I don't know how it will work for the seats.  I do want to be there for the Anthony's testimony as I believe that will be a real enlightening time. LOL  I would like to hear the state present their evidence because I do believe there is a lot we have no idea about yet.

I don't think I will even attempt to go during the trial.  Just too much involved if I can't get in due to the lottery. But I will definitely be there with you in spirit!

BBM We can count on that....the State didn't decide on murder 1 with the death penalty on a "F**king Whim! 

I hope you can be there too, because there will no doubt be some real theatrics and possible blowouts when the A's are testifying.  They have only had a small taste of LDB and JA.  I can't help but chuckle at the thought of this.     Hopefully they will be sequestered in the hall during the trial.....you can run out and update them on how badly it's all going for Casey.
