Ok, Know that I speak only for myself and that this is just my opinion and should involve no one but myself. I believe that Shawn raped and killed Hailey in the middle of the night and then told Billie what had happened, that's when they co...ncocted their story. I think he dismembered her the next morning in the 2 hours he had in ccity and then took her to a hidden location to dispose of her. I don't think we'll find her. I am writing this, barely able to see through my tears as I hate the thoughts I have about what has happened to this precious neice of mine. Fred I'm so sorry! I personally think that for pedophiles, child pornographers, beast lovers and the like, that prison is too good for them. I believe that they should all be placed into a room together in groups of 20 and given a single dull knife and then told when there is only one, we'll feed you. Do that each day till they're all gone. Then maybe the next "Hailey" will get to have her life and love and children of her own.

Janet, I can assure you that the DA and their office knows EVERYTHING above any and all & that would include Peter Hyatt's minimal second hand contact in this case.   The DA's office will receive all the evidence, will bring the charge & prosecute the case.    It will make sense to everyone down the road.   I cannot comment further on that at this time.

Was there or ... was there not child porn on the memory disk.  Sheriff Toombs ... a confirmed spokesperson for the task force ... claims "Yes".  The alleged words within the affidavit read "Yes".  However ... the District Attorney claims "No".

The CP and bestiality case is a daunting one, considering the enormity of evidence.  I wish I could provide an answer as to when but I cannot say definitively.

Janet, good evening and I'm gonna attempt an answer but it prolly will be wrong but I think that even though they were in posession of the mem stick LE now has to prove who actually downloaded the images to it and the same with the computer.  I think they just wanna make sure they have all their ducks in a row.  It sometimes takes a long time to get these pervs charged and then convicted.  Lots has to be verified.  Unless things have changed, I saw an MSNBC doc about this very thing and if the child in the pic can't be identifed then a doc or someone well versed in that area has to verify that that IS a child in the pic, then forensic IT peeps have to have their ducks in a row, dates, see of they can pin down who was on computer, etc..  It takes a while.  I bet they were hoping that there was some identifiable mark, strange schmekle characteristic that placed him in one of those comprimising positions that would nail him to the wall. Remember what we have been told over and over...once a creep has been arrested (even if not for the crime we are posting about)the clock start ticking and even thought we all suspect he/she is guilty we don't want to jeopardize anything pertaining to the case for Hailey that might end up reversable one day.  When they arrest them I want it to be for good and no getting out on technicalities!

Sometime I get so frustrated with this case.  Time marches on and Hailey Dunn is still missing.  Many red flags are waving on the main suspect in the case but ... Shawn's legal rights appear to surpass the God-given right that was afforded to this little girl ... the God-given right to life.

I'm off.  Medication that will allow me some sleep while I fight this cold is beginning to kick in

I certainly will for Hailey and heartbreakingly other innocent victims.   Hailey's case is one of so many that has affected so many of us deeply.  I know everyone has so many questions, even some directed at how a question was asked or an expression was made but what is important to keep in mind is that strategy & diligence will win the day.  People will pick on anything or anyone when their goal is merely to disrupt or dispute a difference of opinion immaturely, personally that will not deter me whatsoever.

Many are questioning missing Colorado City teen Hailey Dunn's mother's decision to cut off contact with her boyfriend, Shawn Adkins.

Billie Dunn filed a no-trespassing order against Adkins, the only named suspect regarding her daughter's disappearance, on Friday after spending the night in jail.

Dunn was arrested Thursday when police came to her home to carry out a search warrant on him and she lied and said he wasn't there.

Hope for Hailey volunteer Stephanie Boyd said she's wary about the timing of Dunn's decision to cut ties with her boyfriend.

"Why, almost three months after your 13-year-old daughter goes missing? Why not do it that first day," Boyd questioned on Sunday.

Dunn said Adkins can't be on her property for a year under the order. She said she filed it after investigators told her about threats they found in his phone.

I did not realize Richy Cooper's comment on Facebook had been removed.

Richy may have thought better of posting his heartfelt sentiments ... heartfelt sentiments that conform to a great extent with those expressed by his MIL and wife in their BTHN interview.

I don't do Facebook.  Could it be that many of the original Facebook comments copied and pasted to the SM form and then quoted have been removed by authors.

Nevertheless ... Richy Cooper's March 23rd BTHN interview will reveal whether or not his position in his Facebook comment regarding his theory encompassing the disappearance of his niece has changed.
