Billie Dunn has hired attorney John S. Young to represent her in her three misdemeanor charges: hindering and apprehension, possession of dangerous drugs and false report to a police officer. Young says he isn't convinced a search warrant for Adkins body was issued last Thursday.

"(Police) didn't even have an arrest warrant for the boyfriend, it was a matter of wanting to talk to him," said Young.

Thanks Magnolia!  I too was hoping it was something about Hailey.  OT Magnolias are my fav flower and have many trees in the yard. So fragrant and go check out Brandi's avitar y'all.  Sorry Mods, I'm back on track. Cappy said she was gonna check and see if CD really made the FB comment about BD.  I'll bet he did cause he just can't bring himself to think that the woman he had Hailey with would harm her, allow someone to harm her or cover said crime up.  He's just not willing to go there.  Poor guy.  When, and if, all comes out and BD did have a hand in this I don't think he is going to hold up well.  I thinks when it's time to tell him what really happened they better go with medics and maybe LE just to subdue him so he won't hurt someone or himself.  So sad for him.

Now that Billie has hired a lawyer, I wonder how long before she drops the No Traspass Order.  I'm sure that the lawyer wouldn't want her to lie and get embarrassed again if Shawn comes over for "a little bit."
