Billie Dunn said investigators found disturbing messages about her in Adkins' cell phone Thursday. She didn't wish to go into detail, but described the content as "threatening."

Dunn said Adkins can't come on her property for a year under the order she filed Friday.

"He made threats against me. I don't think he sent them anywhere. They were just on the memo pad...I got scared and I didn't want him to be able to come over here at all anymore," she said.

I wonder why she didn't do this before when he verbally threatened not only her but Hailey.  Not only did she not file for a PO at that time, she let him move back in with her and her children. 

BJD's problem is that she has zero credibility.  She is the little boy who cried wolf all over again.  Too little and far too late for me.

On p. 3 of the Affidavit, Flournoy says that he is assisting le "in the investigation of the disapperance of Hailey Dunn."
Also, on p. 3, an image of child porn on Renee's computer appears to be "very similar" to an image found on Christine's computer.

I also noticed as I suspected several computers including a laptop.    I have always said that there is no way that Shawn & Billie went without a computer considering the enormity of evidence.    I've always suspected that a computer was moved out of Billie's house...remains to be seen if ever.

BD also kept referring to "that" computer, as if there were more than one, and "that" memory stick, etc.  I figured they had more, too, and that the way she spoke of them that SA hasn't been the only one on the other computers.  Of course she has her computers at work, but  **surely** the wench wasn't so dumb that she downloaded anything off of there, other than their fun fun fun little crime goodies for beddie bye time.

Been a while since I've read the 7 page affidavit signed on January 7, 2011 by LE.  Looking back besides flunking the polygraphs, Shawn deleted the texts on his cell phone right in front of LE.  Then there are the pages of stuff printed out.  Their HOBBY.

Yea, their hobby looking up stuff about serial killers, family annihilators including pre-pubertal, occult killings....makes one wonder why considering the circumstances & especially with the sexual deprivation.

He removed text and images is my understanding.

The thing that really always bothered me about that is the location of the printed materials - under their bed.  I will admit that I have had an interest in the minds of people like Jack the Ripper, and other criminals.  When I read about them, usually I read in bed.  So those materials would be beside my bed - like most peoples' reading materials are.  I'm going to be blunt here - under the bed is usually where things of a more "adult" interest go, aren't they really?  And also, there seemed to be a preponderance of material concerning sexually related crimes, families (read as 'children'), etc - hidden under the bed, easy access to the bed.  That right there sent up enough red flags upon first reading to fill a room.

Does anyone know if the DUNN cemetery behind Shawn's G'ma's home
has been searched ? New graves, old ones, any disturbed areas of soil ?

  I'm going off of memory on this one, so bear with me - no links to provide.
My understanding was that early in this situation a cursory search was done of the cemetary.  Scuttlebutt seems to indicate that there might have been new graves or new dirt on graves, but that has always seemed to me more of the urban-legend type discussion and less witnesses in the area.  I keep hearing this same question come up time and time again with no really clear anwer at all; I would love to hear a clear answer, too.

I hope my posts make any sense today.  I am sick as a dog with some cold/bronchitis and poison ivy, so I apologize if any of my posts make you just go "wait, what???"  I missed my monkey buddies most of yesterday and darned if I was going to go another day without y'all!

My point.  When it is considered that Billy Dunn's attorney states one reason for the filing of the no-trespassing order while Billy states another ... stories in the Hailey Dunn case are once again being manipulated.

I somehow believe that LE did suggest that Billie file a no-trespassing order based on the  threatening words in the notepad ... a no-trespassing order to keep Shawn away from the home but ... Billie's appeasing compliance did not imply she had any intention of not having contact with Shawn.

According to the Snyder Daily News, an entry on the blotter at the Scurry County Law Enforcement Center Sunday afternoon stated a woman called and asked to speak to an officer on the telephone in reference to both Dunn and Adkins being together at the caller’s residence looking for someone.

Attorney for Dunn Suspect Says Adkins Wrongfully Accused

The attorney representing suspect Shawn Adkins in the disappearance of 13-year-old Hailey Dunn says his client has been wrongfully accused.

Attorney Sidney Lyle, of Odessa, spoke with bigcountryhomepage.com over the phone earlier today but declined requests to have the conversation recorded for playback. Lyle also said he didn't feel it was time to do an on camera interview.

Lyle acknowledged that he was Adkins' attorney. He also confirmed he's told his client not to speak with anyone about the case.

During the call, Lyle said he felt he was making some progress in the case but said law enforcement needed to get farther into their investigation before he could comment about where things stood. He noted his client has been wrongfully accused.

Lyle seemed to indicate he would be making a statement on Adkins' behalf or be willing to do an interview alongside Adkins sometime in the near future.

The attorney of the only named suspect in the disappearance of 13-year-old Hailey Dunn has issued a statement that says law enforcement isn't interested in cooperation in the case.

A letter from attorney C. Barrett Thomas of Abilene says Shawn Adkins has continued to speak with law enforcement despite the attorney's advice. Thomas says Adkins believes in his heart that cooperation is the "key to solving Hailey's disappearance."

I got mine from running around the pasture calling out for my cat when I thought a local roaming pit bull got him.  I admit - when I was sobbing over my cat, thinking about how first thing in the morning I was going to post signs everywhere, and should I call the emergency vet right then... I thought about BD not leaving her house for her daughter.  It really struck me.  Something's wrong there.

Thank God, I bought a tub of pistachio jello ambrosia, and that's what I have been eating.  I think I have enough redbull to make it through Richey Cooper's interview tonight.    I would like to hear if he still feels the same as he did before about his theory about Hailey.

I am glad I got on today to see about Shawn's change of lawyer.  I wonder if that will bring changes to the handling of his case?  Should get interesting.

The attorney of the only named suspect in the disappearance of 13-year-old Hailey Dunn has issued a statement that says law enforcement isn't interested in cooperation in the case.

A letter from attorney C. Barrett Thomas of Abilene says Shawn Adkins has continued to speak with law enforcement despite the attorney's advice. Thomas says Adkins believes in his heart that cooperation is the "key to solving Hailey's disappearance."
