4.  It has been almost three months.  I would think that investigators should have enough cell phone evidence to put together a case ... cellphone evidence which reveal that Shawn Adkins was deceptive to authorities regarding his actions and whereabouts on the morning of December 27th.  Then there is the 2:00 PM text message to Mary Beth.  Then there is the child porn.

LOL, Ok Miss ORganized.  1.  Yes - the little snot had gotten into my cabinet and slept the night away there cozily while I screeched inside and outside the house for him.  (He's making it up to me by sleeping on my chest all day today like a heating pad.)
2.  It's good stuff!  I didn't even know it existed.  It makes the throat feel nice.
3.  It was a wowzer show, Janet.  Be sure to catch the transcript when it comes up, or the show.  He's well-spoken and believable.
4.  I realize that all t's have to be crossed, and i's dotted, but I'm like you; as soon as there is one bit of evidence, I think he should be arrested and the rest of the evidence can come in as they get it.  I despise child porn - don't care if it's the person who has it or makes it, all are abusers and scum.  I will be more relieved when I hear LE's reasoning after the fact, of course.  I have a modicum of faith in them, but I do want to see things being done.

Considering Richy Cooper was the second guest ... I did not miss him as I had thought originally.

I caught the end of the interview of the first guest and ... my heart broke.

Anyways ... I will listen to this evening's BTHN again ... maybe tomorrow.  I am hoping a transcript emerges.

We are off to our neighbors shortly for a board game.  It is my turn to provide the goodies to go with tea/coffee.  Thank Heaven for Safeway bakery.

OMG that's exactly what I'm eating!  I had a fever, and the little green marshmallows were freaking me out.  It was really funny, and reminded me of another reason I could never do drugs.   Green Chit!  My midwestern boyfriend thinks it's weird; I had to explain that it's a southern thing.

Yeah Capp was awesome, the conversation .... well I'd say it was revealing, but really it was just what we all have suspected and keeps getting denied by the SA/BD side.  It was nice to hear someone who was well-spoken saying things that werent easy but were truthful about how he felt. He did step lightly in some areas, but when it came to the hard questions he was forthright.  What a relief from the usual circular discussions!

Thank you for the well-wishes and giggle, Melisb.  I'm sure Capp will have LOTS to say about tonight!

Richy is a rather down to earth guy, speaks eloquently & is facing this horror with integrity.  He's refreshingly honest compared to what we've heard from thus far in this case.   Glad you all got a chance to listen.  Yes, Debbie's case tonight is heartbreaking.   Her adult son suffers from seizures & obviously is without his meds, if he hopefully is alive.    I hope he gets thru to Clint on a few issues but Clint should be very grateful he has him in his life.

I was holding my breathe about Billie redecorating Hailey's room & I'm just a shade of livid over it.

I read Shawn Adkin's attorney statement during the show & all I have to say to that is, he should have not made the statement because to me it just pointed towards guilt more.

Ill leave you all with words from Richy tonight "the train is coming"....to this I respond   choo choo!    Gotta get some sleep, have to be up for the Casey Anthony Frye Hearing in a few hours.

I had to pause the show a few times to do other things so I've just finished listening.  Richy does seem very sincere, and genuinely concerned about Hailey and those that love her.  I enjoyed listening to him.  I liked his comment about the train coming too!

I knew Billie had painted the living room but I didn't know she was changing Hailey's room around too.  Now I'm wondering exactly what she's done to it.  Richy wasn't specific but IIRC he said something to the effect of it not being something a girl her age would particularly like?

That's just not right! 

I've never heard of a mother of a missing child doing that!

I've never, ever heard of a Mom of a missing child repaint (although from the pic I saw from Cranky the room did need it)redecorate, etc., anything that belonged to that child.  Most parents want to preserve their surrounding just as they left them like they are coming right back.  I've read about other folks even moving when they didn't really have to and they turned out to be guilty too cause they new the child wasn't coming back.  Screams to me, she's dead so why not turn the room into something Billie really wanted.  OMFG! Just had another sickening thought...maybe she turned it into a really frilly little girls room and she plans on using it to seduce sicko in it! Richy did say (paraphrase)the room is now not what a girl Hailey's age would want.  Did she make it so sicko could sneak in and use it to his liking?  BD letting her Boo relive his fantasy crime?

i just finished listening to rich cooper,he seems to be a straight forward fellow.
when rich was talking about, why billie would still be hanging out with SA, he sorta
agrees that she knows something,im going out on a limb here,dont bash me to hard

JMO theory
a big what if... say billie dosent know the details about hailey disappearance,
but also suspects SA has something to do with hailey disappearance, and by making
SA believe, that she believes him she will be able to get info on hailey, that
would be  positive proof, to put SA away

billie knows all the lies and contradictory statements, are apparent to the public,
but that stuff gives SA a feeling/sense, he can take BD down with him and he has BD where he wants her,because his super arrogant ego,wont let him believe other wise
and BD knows exactly how to manipulate SA, i just find it to hard to believe BD is as dumb as a box of rocks,as she appears to be,im prob wrong,time will tell
