THE PROTECTION ORDER

Could it be that the protection order is all about Billie fearing the wrath of Shawn when he learns that a plea bargain is in the works?

Could it that Billie will reveal all in regards to what she  learned about the happenings encompassing her missing daughter?

Could it be that Billie will reveal all in regards to both Shawn and her involvement in the child porn industry?

Could it be that in return Billie will be spared the full consequences of her participation in illegal/immoral wrongdoing?

Could it be that is time for Tamikosmom to call it a night.

She was advised by LE on a number of occasions to cut off contact with her boyfriend, she refused extremely defiantly.
She could have gotten a PO long ago, why didnt she?   She could have told the truth by now, why hasnt she?
I also think she tried to get out of why she lied by saying Shawn was threatening her so the judge took the bait & gave her the PO so that she couldnt be in contact with him.
It seems obvious that Billie has on several occasions cut off Shawn from talking to LE, last night being one of them.
She will not be spared, I can almost guarantee it

You're right, it would be worded "it is hereby ordered that, Shawn Adkins, cannot come within (distance) of Billie Dunn.   It doesnt matter if she is on her property or anywhere else for that matter.

Exactly...it makes no sense just like everything else she states, surely she would know WTH it stated and I can't recall one specifically mentioning property vs the one filing the RO/PO

According to Dunn, Adkins cannot come near property for a year under the protective order.  She said she has no plans to see him again and will not rekindle a relationship with him in the future.

Janet I am sorry to say this..but no..I disagree.

I really believe the Order of Protection came about because Billie lies ..and she was in court..if the judge needed to believe her lies ..then he needed to believe she was in danger..logically and theoretically.  However..that places a burden on him to keep her safe or risk a her being done harm by Shawn.

I truly believe she lied to the judge and told him she was didn't know nothing about nothing and was afraid of Shawn..hence the protection order.  The judge is aware this is a high profile case...he needs to act in accordance..meaning protect those needing protection, even if they lie.

I don't see how Billie could cut a deal and walk free on such a low bond if she had even a small part in this.  She would still be in jail..that's more protective then on the street if she turned in a killer and was also in some portion of the crime or afterwards cupable. 

My true belief is Billie participated in the cover up and disposal arrangements for Hailey.  She didn't say anything to LE last night or Shawn would be in jail today on no bond..no release charged with murder.

And I don't think that Billie ever felt the wrath of Shawn..I think she is the older alpha female...I think she is as twisted as he is..I think it was no surprise he had other ladies on the side..and pics..I think she would have enjoyed that..and I am holding my breath..because I feel in my gut we are going to hear that there are threesomes on the porn tapes..Shawn, Billie and whomever they would invite into their twisted world.  And that would have been long before the bestiality..just saying there is a progression and a pattern to deviant sex..there will be more to come on that matter.

 I may have to eat a humble pie myself..but as a past social worker and behavioral scientist and ..I pulled enough people off the streets and into shelters and walk ins then I care to remember.  I started in the late 70's..there ain't nothing new out there ..it's the same old deprivation and lack of self worth..hooked on drugs, sex and free wheeling abuse of others or being the abused it always was ..never met a street person or a walk in that hadn't tasted some of that..and I still cry over the ones that were abused.

SNYDER, Texas -- According to law enforcement authorities, more pornography – including child pornography – has been found on devices used by Shawn Adkins, the only named suspect in the disappearance of Colorado City teenager Hailey Dunn.
According to search warrant affidavits acquired Friday by KTXS through the Freedom of Information Act, a warrant used by law enforcement in Scurry County on Thursday was specifically intended to look for more child pornography on computers, discs and other digital devices Adkins has been using.

The affidavit confirms earlier reports by KTXS that child pornography was found on a computer at the home of Adkins' mother, where Adkins had access to the computer, and on a memory stick in the home of Hailey Dunn in Colorado City.

The affidavit details that pornographic images were found among deleted e-mail files on Adkins' cell phone and on a computer in the home of Renee Norwood, Adkins' grandmother.

Another warrant was issued, out of Howard County, but the judge in that case refused to release the search warrant affidavits to the media although FOI requests were made. That warrant is believed to have been for the "body" of Adkins, meaning it was most likely served to obtain DNA evidence.
When that warrant was served, according to documents filed in Mitchell County, Billie Dunn, the mother of the missing teen, reportedly lied about the whereabouts of Adkins.
She was arrested and has since been arraigned and has been released on a $6,500 bond for the three misdemeanors she was held on.

My head is spinning, this is exactly what Toombs stated wrt the thumb drive/memory stick found in Billie's house.......but she cleared that one up with Shawn before the BTH radio show. Crazy nutjob

Billie did not try to say anything made her fail the poly. A lot of people speculated that the stress of finding out Shawn failed his might have caused her to fail hers. After she found out Shawn failed his, but before she took hers, LE asked her if she wanted to file an emergency TRO - she said yes, of course, because she didn't want him in her house if he failed the poly. Then she failed hers, and didn't know what to think. She didn't indicate deception on any question - LE explained that she failed because she went 'out of parameters', but not in response to a question (don't ask me).

I never asked her if she told Shawn herself to leave or if LE passed that message on to him for her. But he was gone when LE brought her back to her house.

Well if one was offered, she voluntarily vacated it & continued to stay together with him.  She was told point blank that she should stay away from him until & if he was cleared, she defied that advise.   I think she brought up getting one to get herself out of trouble for lying but get this....

Freda Radcliff I didnt buy her BS from day one...She is protecting him way too hard for some reason...and i tend to believe that reason is...they both know what has happened to Hailey and are both involved!!!!

I asked the following:   I actually thought that Freda, please tell me you heard that from a reliable source because I felt that BILLIE has been the one preventing Shawn from talking to LE or anyone, especially since he canceled an interview due to "a cold" how lame & yet she came on despite what she was told prior to her calling in several times

I do not know if this has been discussed........ What if  Shawn  sold Hailey to some porn industry,being that he is so involved himself....I may be thinking way out of the box...but anything is possible.

Also in Billie' glamor shot (mug) she only has on one earring...and I believe she may have had her eyeliner tattooed on as well...I know if I have  been crying mine would be gone ..maybe she did not shed a tear in jail.
