(I lost cable Internet connection for a bit just now.)

While I was watching on TV during the first hour, they mentioned Jennifer Barringer (who represented Phil Specter) is also joining Casey's defense team.

Anyone else hear that?

Casey's just writing away. My Goodness, what would the defense team do without her?  Rolling Eyes

Dammit! At this point even I understand the difference between postem mortem root bands and darkening not rising to the level of pmrb. Why in hell is this defense lady so dense?

All she is doing is trying to get a different answer to one that has already been given.    She is also rattled because she's not even waiting to hear the judge's ruling.

That's it! You figured it out where her "hair do" came from! Yes, the pasta's done!  They threw it on Simm's head to see if it would stick!

Good morning Monks---This woman is boring.  I discovered that if you turn off the sound it looks like she's leading a high school band.  The sad thing is that it is more interesting than listening to her.

Not to be taking up for Sim's but maybe her hair is in an experimental stage for decomposistion?  Seems to be working for her.

Other than that, no matter how many times she asks these questions and whether the Judge will let the girl testify.  Post-Mortem root banding is one thing and other hair decomposition is totally different.....from what they have seen so far.  I read the whole 300 page motion, including the trial and even I could make sense out of it

  I agree.

Casey seems to be actually listening today.  She knows this is a damaging bit of evidence.  She can't write anything today because she knows nothing of the science behind this either.

Through it all, I can never get away from the fact that they are talking about a hair from a beautiful, dead baby girl.  And yet, Casey sits scribbling, as though it is nothing.
