Don't know if it's true or not, the poster only posted that comment and was gone.  Could just be someone who does not like Dave. MD would have a lot to loose in doing this, so probably not.   We shall see.

This from the same guy crying a river when people accused him of being in the defense's pocket & then made public statements against the defense (not to mention the whole BS about JS).   All along he's been trying to hand them intel on a mutual enemy.    This could get interesting.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- When Casey Anthony turns 25 on Saturday, there won't be any toasts, special dinner outings or cone-shaped birthday hats, but there will be cake.

It will be the 887th day Anthony has been in jail since her arrest on Oct. 14, 2008.

Her day will start with the jail's breakfast menu for the day -- one cup of grits, some breakfast gravy, bread, jelly and margarine.

While Anthony was briefly handcuffed before giving statements to police, Perry ruled her statements admissible into evidence "because the defendant was released from the handcuffs and voluntarily remained to answer questions" more than one hour later.

Perry found those and later statements were given "during consensual encounters with police and were not the product of any custodial interrogation, (so) the failure of law enforcement to advise her of Miranda warnings do not render the statements inadmissible at the trial."

As for the statements Casey made to family during videotaped jail visitations, Perry rejected the defense arguments that the relatives were acting as "agents of the state."

"Law enforcement did not manipulate any member of the Anthony family into doing something that they weren't already intending to do," Perry wrote -- specifically, "obtain information pertaining to Caylee from the defendant."

So those statements will also be allowed at trial.

In both rulings, Perry noted the statements are "highly relevant, specifically regarding demonstrating consciousness of guilt."

The defense has argued the chloroform findings are "absolutely 100% false and constitute a fraud on the American public and potential jury pool of Miss Anthony."

The defense's motion to exclude the chloroform evidence will be heard at a "Frye hearing," referring to the so-called "Frye test," which deals with admitting new scientific evidence in the courtroom and determining whether the evidence has "gained general acceptance."

That hearing is scheduled for next week.

OK, thanks Trimm.  I am worried about that one.  Chloroform is important, I believe, to be entered.  So anybody want to guess how the Frye hearing will go?   What else is set for Frye.  The air tests and decomp hair?

Okay, thanks Turbo.  Basically it means, since he didn't approve it right away, Judge saw something that he thought the duffense should be given an opportunity to try to have it excluded, and present it at Frye.  I guess it worries me.  Am I overworrying, like I tend to do over everything.

Nah, I think he just went with the Frye hearing to alleviate any opportunity for appeal on it. Everything else was so cut & dried, but this one will need some case law to back up the use.  I am betting Ashton has a crap load of it already written out to present.
