I have to say, I was a bit surprised that Judge Perry did not stop him after the insult.

No prosecutor male or female should be insulted in open court, period.


Then again, I am at a loss as to why Dr. Fairgrieve is permitted the extent of this testimony in a Frye proceeding in the first place.

What method/ What process/ What conflicting Scientific Community or thesis renders this evidence subject to Frye?

This sounds to me like another motion to suppress, I am not down with this.

LDB...dogs are most flexible tool in locating human remains compared to ground penetrating radar, etc... Fairgrieve agrees.
