I am on page 27, can somebody help me out please.  Were any rulings made today?  I will have to come back later to read from 27 on.

I don't believe many rulings were made except that the judge has allowed the defense an additional 300 investigative hours.  They will be back in court tomorrow.

I have said, and continue to say, that all the pros has to do is bring that car into the courtroom during opening statements and leave it there for the duration of the trial.  The jurors have noses.  They'll know if it smells like a '***** dead body'.  I guarantee a short trial and a guilty verdict.

I cannot help but denote that Casey appears to be totally vacant as to the subject matter.   There is not one sign of upset from her...to me that is telling.

I know, right?  A grieving mom, would not want to be listening to this, over and over and over.....it would be painful. An innocent person would also show concern.      Yet, nothing from Casey.  She only hopes it won't be allowed at trial, just going through the process, but she should know there is a greater chance of this being used, than not, imo. We may see some reaction, anger, when motion is granted to use at trial.  She should have thought about "her whole life being taken away from her" before she killed Caylee.  Being as selfish as she is, I'm surprised she didn't.  But her hate for Cindy was greater than her love for Caylee.  I believe Shirley Plesea nailed motive with that statement.  all jmoo

OMG, I couldnt agree more & I'll go further to say that Cindy is all too aware of that fact as well.   They both used an innocent baby girl's life as a ping pong ball in a sick game of emotional blackmail & beyond.

Again as it is most times when I'm in the cage that someone has taken the words out of my mouth..I just have to comment here and say that you both are correct..this is exactly how I feel and think it all took place/went down..you monkeys are the smartest around!!

She acts as if this isn't her trial and that she is an attorney--going through all those notebooks and writing notes.  I have never seen any defendant ever do what she's doing before. 

I hate her & her stupid pink shirt! She probably went braless today since she was going to be sitting next to Baez all day!!
