I agree    So sickening, she acted like she was auditioning for her own talk show.  Well, thanks to her recent, crazy behaviour, we know she will be a perfit fit for the SCHEME TEAM.

Ashton never ceases to impress me!  And honestly ... Sims needs schooled almost as much as Jose!  For heaven sake ... I think she thought she was arguing at Casey's trial instead of at a Frye hearing!  Maybe she's never elicited testimony at a Frye hearing .. but one would think ... when your specialty is FORENSICS you be a little more familiar!!!

And can someone get the woman a good conditioning treatment?!  That hair!!

They sure have long lunch breaks.

Judge perry stated awhile back that his "schedule" for trial, hearings, usually includes 90 minutes for lunch. 12:00-1:30pm.....unless they are running behind schedule. If behind, lunch will only be 60 minutes.

Just before the camera's shut down, they showed the back of the court room on the states
side. Two people, last row right side. It looks like Yuri Melich and a women sitting there in the
corner. Keep a eye out for him.

Casey Anthony's defense team is arguing today why certain hair evidence should be excluded from her first-degree murder trial.

A variety of other issues are slated to be debated during the hearing. Anthony, 25, who is in the courtroom this morning, is accused of killing her 2-year-old daughter Caylee Marie Anthony in the summer of 2008.

Caylee's remains were found in woods near her family's east Orange County home in December of that year, but the prosecution's theory places the body initially in the trunk of her mother's Pontiac Sunfire, where a key hair was found.

Assistant State Attorney Jeff Ashton questioned FBI fiber examiner Karen Korsberg Lowe via video conference this morning. She is answering questions about hair evidence and "postmortem root banding."

Such banding is a dark coloration on or near the hair root that studies say appear in deceased individuals.
