Thank you NR!  I clicked on just hoping for ANY news that is helpful so I really appreciate.  I live in a beautiful white sand, turquoise surf area and as I was at work looking at this I was not thinking that I was missing my hubby and son today because they are home safe and loved but about all our missing/murdered little (and big) loved ones that we visit here each day praying for some type of news.  I was thinking about all of them and how they would just love to be playing in the water, building sandcastles, water gun fights, cooking out, etc., things they will forever miss.  It's just so sickeningly sad isn't it?  Where the he!! are they?  Please God, show us the way to bring them home.

It's for the 3 charges when they came to serve the body warrant search on Shawn.

This next clip makes me wonder if there will be a hearing. Seems her attorney has new legal troubles of his own.

ABILENE, Texas -- Attorney John Young, who is representing Billie Dunn, the mother of missing teen Hailey Dunn, was arrested early Monday morning.

As the officer approached the vehicle, Chief Kelley says Young stepped out and pointed a 9 MM handgun at the officer.
There was a struggle and officers eventually got the gun away from Young.
Chief Kelly says Young was intoxicated.
Young was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and posted bail on a $12,000. ::snipping2::

Sweetwater defense attorney lands in trouble
Sweetwater man charged with assault

A Sweetwater defense attorney has been arrested on a charge of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.

John Young was arrested by Sweetwater police early Monday morning and booked into the Nolan County Jail.

An official at the Sweetwater Police Department, who declined to identify herself, said the police chief — who had requested to handle any questions about the arrest — was not available for comment Monday evening.

Officials at the Nolan County Jail reported that the arrest happened around 1 a.m. Monday, and that Young was released after posting a $12,000 bond.

It's been told that due to Mr Young's arrest, Billie Dunn's hearing has been rescheduled.

We'll be working on Hailey's Bridge instead of attending the hearing.
