Casey Anthony team wants to add last-minute witnesses
By Kevin P. Connolly, Orlando Sentinel

10:09 a.m. EDT, March 31, 2011
 ::snipping2::
Two of those witnesses are prepared to testify about Casey Anthony "and recent rulings related to the defendant's state of mind and consciousness of guilt," according to a defense motion.

Aside from Dr. Jeffrey Danziger and William Weitz, the defense wants to use four other late witnesses.

Assistant State Attorney Jeff Ashton wants to depose both Danziger and Weitz before he can assess whether there is good cause to allow these witnesses late or if they are prejudicial to the state. Both are set to be deposed next week, April 7

Okay...what is up with Mason and his sacred weekends?  He is so whiny about having to do anything extra.  Must have a hot date with his prostate, is all I can say.

lol...you're probably right.

btw....LOVE the profile pic!  I'll be the good judge would get a chuckle out of it as well.
Thanks, Kitty.   I'm just leaning on my guy, watching the show.  If he turned around, I'd give him a sip!

My girlfriend just called, she follows the case but has never commented on line about it....I answer and shes says "WTF?"   I am rolling, seriously in tears laughing.

Seriously, that was short.  I went and took a shower.  WTF is right.  What did I miss?

Okay, wht happened? What'd I miss?  Help! I need details!

Summary....

It wasn't worth shaving for.

Jose wasn't in court.  He's at home practicing for tomorrow.

KC was wearing ugly purple turtleneck.

Mason forgot KC's coloring pad and notebook.

Judge Perry warns that if things aren't finished tomorrow, all parties can kiss their weekends good-bye.

Be back tomorrow morning at 9am.

Not to mention that it's in the high 80s here...a turtle neck? WTF?

That ugly a _ _ (fill in the blanks) turtleneck again?  So sad that she is in prison and can wear only what her stupid mother sends in for her for court hearings.  Must suck.  Tisk Tisk.  I almost feel sorry for her, NOT. Maybe she should have thought of that before she murdered her daughter.

I'm really surprised that she lets her hair get so long.  Seems to me that would be an issue if she ever got into a fight with another inmate.

Well, I meant that FlaMom was not shaving (I assume legs) till after the trial.  Was joking that she was jealous of ICA hair, so was letting her hair leg grow.

However, need I remind everybody of the fastest grower of hair ever, Ms. Britney Spears.  Chit, she was bald one minute, next she had longer hair than I do.

Casey Anthony Attends Hearing On Witnesses

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony was in court for a hearing Thursday morning. The hearing was to discuss a defense motion regarding witnesses .

Rare for a Casey Anthony hearing, it was over in around 20 minutes.

"The good news is, for the most part, I'm advised the state doesn't have objections," defense attorney J. Cheney Mason told Judge Belvin Perry.

Cheney informed the judge that they have voluntarily removed Sharon Cadieux from the list, saying neither side has been able to get cooperation from her; Cadieux went to the Anthony's home in 2008 to protest and George Anthony, Casey's father, pushed her during an altercation.
