In defense of Ashton, we all know he's dealing with antagonizing @$$hats for almost 3 years now....but yes he has to dial it back so he stays in the right, even in his objections.

One of the things I noticed that JBP said is something about the attorney rising when they object to something.  I noticed a few objections where Ashton stayed seated.  I hope he calms down and does what he needs to do for Caylee's justice. 

I expect putz to not follow the judges wishes, but I do not expect that from Ashton or Linda.  They are better than the duffense is.  They are fighting the good fight.  Fight the good fight with class and dignity, which Caylee was not shown in her death and the side show following her death.

I just want to say Happy Friday to all of you, and I look forward to spending the weekend with y'all, cause there is a zero percent chance this will conclude this afternoon.

I wonder if CJ Perry will stay true to his commitment that they will work through the weekend, fo schizz.

I for one, would love to see both attorneys come back with the "BIG" Wallet like Costanza used to have, filled with C-notes.


I am such a fan of Jeff Ashton,  and I feel for the fact that what really happened here, is he felt he was dealing with a level of integrity similar to his own with regard to the stipulation.  He is not going to say it, but I know CJ Perry does not take kindly to those who go back on their word.

I can't even imagine how furious the prosecutors (who live this case every day and have for years) are ...
