Well, he wont be able to retire on it & his days of being an expert witness will be extremely limited if not obliterated if the defense is stupid enough to also have him testify at trial....just a guess!

So in other words...this guy is a professor and has students but he takes the credit for their work.

O and he doesnt work for a specific institution...but what I am getting is he sets it up that way so he can receive grants....hmmmm

Watch both Ashton and Drake when they cross, not only in how they ask a question but you will often see them nod their head yes or no.   It is a gesture that suggests to the witness what they anticipate the answer to be.

wow this "expert" is just ridiculous.  i'm thoroughly enjoying ashton picking him apart...doesn't this doofus realize that the state attorneys office isn't gonna ask him a question they don't already know the answer too... that's law 101 right there!
