Did I also hear something about more on the cadaver dogs? Anything else I missed?

Not sure I had to step away to tend to my gravy (tomato sauce to many of you) so I need clarification as well.   So no hearing tomorrow, rulings pending & a status hearing Friday?

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Casey Anthony's defense continued its quest Wednesday to get evidence in the case excluded from the trial.

The defense wants Judge Belvin Perry to throw out evidence from the Oak Ridge National Laboratory.

An Oak Ridge researcher, Dr. Arpad Vass, tested the air in Anthony's trunk for traces of decomposition, which he said he detected. The test also found chloroform.

The defense argues the methods Vass used are not widely accepted by the scientific community.

Bill Sheaffer said that you can't cook chicken in a toaster.  That must be why my chicken doesn't come out well.

I thought his description of the defense with a sledgehammer and the prosecution with a scalpel was very well taken. It's true; Baez has no finesse, no subtlety.  He barges in with his big sledgehammer and goes to work. Same with the others on the defense team.  They don't seem to be prepared to question their own experts in terms dealing with their field of expertise.  Then Mr. Ashton comes in with his scalpel and makes a very neat incision and removes the problem.  finis.
