This slightly OT but I attended a lecture at a Florida law school given by Dr.Lee and spoke clearly with little accent. I believe he increases his accent when necessary to confuse and to hide facts.

State Wants To Use Caylee Autopsy Photos
Prosecutors File Notice Of Photo Use During Trial

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Prosecutors in the case against Casey Anthony filed new paperwork Monday indicating which evidence they intend to use during the murder trial.

In a notice sent to the defense and to the court, prosecutors said they would use as many as 236 photographs.

Some of the images have been under seal because they show Caylee Anthony's remains.

I have a question do you think judge perry  and the state!! will get wind of!!! baez and mason being on 48 hrs this coming wekend??  after all their complaints! about the media and accusing melich and others of going to the media??

I don't think the defense team is smart enough to get anything past the the judge or the state.

Twelve jurors will decide two things at Casey Anthony's trial:

    * Guilty or not guilty?
    * Life or death?

But according to some experts, Casey's lawyers may have a tough time finding an impartial jury.

"The problem is studies have shown that death-qualified juries are more likely to convict in the guilt phase, where the jury determines innocence or guilt," said David Fussell, an Orlando defense attorney who has experience choosing death-qualified juries.

"You start by asking their feelings about the death penalty, how they would vote," said Fussell.

Prospective jurors who have a moral opposition to the death penalty, as well as those who believe in the death penalty no matter what in a murder case -- "an eye for an eye" -- get released from jury duty.

WHAT'S NEXT IN THE CASE

The judge gave her defense team this week to file any more motions challenging other evidence. Lawyers will discuss that in court on Friday, as well as a change of venue.

The judge wants the defense to weigh in on his plan that, if they can't find a jury at the first undisclosed location, they'd come back to Orange County.

yet another clue . . . Blink and team are incredible!

I posted this on Blink's site and I really wonder if this was why the Anthonys went into cove rup mode BEFORE they found KC.

Okay, this may freak everyone out, but I have to say it. By the 1st of July Caylee had been dead over 2 weeks. WHAT IF…….KC had taken that garbage bag full of the decomposed body liquids (she would have been liquefied by then) and tried to flush them down the toilet before she dumped the bag? She did back into the garage as per the neighbor. In dumping the liquids some bone or some part of Caylee got stuck in the plumbing which after a while gave off odor of decomposition as they smelled later in the car. That could explain why the dogs hit in various places in the yard as they had moved that water from the pipes. It could also explain why they went into a panic mode because both of them KNEW what they were smelling.
