Casey Anthony sat in a muted gray and white sweatshirt ensemble today. Her hair was a mess, her eyes were puffy and she trembled as her defense team continued to attack judge Perry for his choices to dismiss motions. Things look suspicious and it sure leaves one to wonder why Casey has changed her attitude so drastically. During the live stream of the trial, Casey is overheard saying to her lawyer:

Hi Turbo!

Byass is using the 6th amendment due to the fact that he could not get the Vass study records from the body farm.  Ashton took acception saying that all Byass did to get them was ask Ashton ... and he didn't have them ... and ask the body farm ... who told him no.  He didn't try any harder than that according the Ashton.
 

That speaks volumes as the "Body Farm" has NOTHING to do with Vass. They couldn't release anything unless he wanted a dead decaying body from their field. Geeshhhhh

 If bozo had listened or even researched this adequately he would have known that. Vass ONLY used the Body Farm to do some of his research. Vass works for Oak Ridge National Labs.

OK well it may have been Oak Ridge who told him NO ... I had kind of gone into mind numbing Coors Light by then ... But the BEST was after Ashton said Byass only tried those two avenues and didn't go any further ... Byass stands up and tells us he is representing an INDIGENT client ... Woke right up out of my stupor then!  IMO she wasn't indigent til he spent her money on himself!  AAAAAAHHHHH!   

So true ! Casey is indigent because Baez took her money ! That is like killing your mother and complaining that you are an orphan !

wonder if there ever will be an accounting of what he did with the money!! Did he tell her he had some saved for her R.V ministry!!

We have to wait until April 21 for rulings?  OmG, that is a horribly long time to have to wait.

Judge Perry said he would rule on the Frye motions no later than end of business on Thursday, April 21.

I may need to go back and listen to some of the raw video. I wish the blogger had referenced a link to that portion of today's hearing. I do recall a brief discussion about motions to be heard this friday and the "phantom heart sticker" is one of them along with the odor in the car and the stain in the trunk. If Casey did say that, it's as good as a confession to me... let's save the FL courts some cash and shut this circus down now!

A status hearing in the case is scheduled for Friday morning, where they will also discuss the heart-shaped sticker, the stain in Anthony's trunk and other motions.

One of the TV stations had a teaser for the 6 o'clock news they would talk about the obvious change in Casey's demeanor when JB is in the courtroom. Did anyone catch that? It is so obvious it is startling! JB has a tiger by the tail if she is convicted and he is no longer visible to her.
