Does anyone recall if the wet, soggy bag of garbage that Baez is referencing is a "paper bag"?

I believe it's the white garbage bag, that was thrown into the dumpster at the tow yard.

Yes, and that bag was plastic.

TY - that was the point I was making....a plastic bag is NOT a wet, soggy bag.

But, sadly, a little 3 yr old in a plastic bag would be wet and soggy.

On Wednesday Byazz was babbling about the "dry" trunk and the "drying room" LE placed the garbage bag and contents in, today it's a whole new story, just like Casey, sling the chit and see what sticks.

I will never understand why they cannot find appropriate attire for her for court.

Are they now trying to test how it comes across to make her appear as the "indigent victim?"   Beyond that my fashion sense & years of witnessing decorum in court is mystified!

Also worthy of note, yet again they are discussing evidence of the state Caylee was left in that trunk & she has NO reaction to it whatsoever.   IF she was innocent of murdering Caylee or caused a negligent homicide that wasnt premeditated she would have broken down any number of times despite how she may have been instructed by her defense to remain vacant....she doesnt do it in other incidents, at times she laughs and is rather animated in other instances.

Bozo makes me nuts with his "not qualified" and his harping on Dr. Vass not being a chemist - did he not listen at all that his partner at ORNL is a chemist and they do this in unison. He is such a distorter.

But Caylee wasn't. There was just a light-weight garbage bag that Burch threw in a dumpster.

Then, later that night, Johnson's Wrecker Service was called to tow the car from the Anthony home to the sheriff's office. The next morning, after he saw the Anthonys on the television, Burch called investigators and went back to the dumpster to dig out that bag, but he found out sheriff's deputies had already taken it.

The testimony proved that the defense "experts" are indeed the ones that were questionable at best.
