I wish the State or JP for that matter, had a total number of media interviews and tv appearances by Baez. The tally would be staggering in contrast with his whine of pre trial publicity being damaging to kc being able to receive a fair trial.

Wouldn't that be something and it would go a long way towards showing that Jose will soon get all that he so richly deserves.

Casey Anthony prosecutor Jeff Ashton filed a motion in court today to prohibit any reference to or mention of the findings of two mental health experts for the defense.

The motion involves Dr. Jeffrey Danziger and Dr. William Weitz. Their reports were provided to the prosecution late last month, but have not been released publicly.

Ashton's pleading states the doctors' reports and a motion to add them as witnesses "reveal that the testimony does not relate to a legal defense to any of the charges contained in the indictment."

The motion, which did not include many specifics, said the reports "are based entirely upon statements made to them by" Anthony.

Ashton goes on to say they do not diagnose Anthony "as suffering from any clinical or personality disorders as recognized by the American Psychiatric Association."

ORLANDO, Fla. -- A so-called jailhouse snitch in the case against Casey Anthony claimed in a new deposition that she'd gotten so close with the accused killer, she was allowed in Casey's cell so Anthony could give her a haircut. Jail officials don't buy the story.

Convicted drug trafficker Robyn Adams said in a March deposition that she became friendly enough with corrections officer Sylvia Hernandez that she was allowed out of her cell far longer than the one hour policy allowed.
