We'll have to wait and see, but it does serve him right if they pick an Orlando jury.

Jim Greer case: Motions will be heard in June
Trial scheduled to begin in September.

Judge Marc Lubet has set a hearing for 1:30 pm June 22 to hear various motions filed in the James Greer case.

The defense wants Cheney Mason available for this hearing but he may have a conflict thanks to his work on the Casey Anthony case.

Yeah, Capp.......... I was just trying to figure out what they could come up with that isn't a psychiatric diagnosis, but all of those are in the DSM. For a Physical rationale, they would have to do more than just interview her, and that wouldn't be their area of expertise anyway.

Go figure.

Some stuff is sub-clinical and people can exhibit "traits or characteristics" of disorders but that stuff wouldn't rise to the level of being a defense. I just have no idea. Perhaps they could testify to family dynamics as described by Casey, that may result in some symptoms of various disorders, but so what?

I just don't get what they could possibly say, with the retsrictions of not being anything recognized by the APA, that would make a difference for her. Maybe they just want their testimony in to let the jury hear that Casey lived in pure Hell because of her family, and try to work up a little sympathy for her.   

That might work until the first picture of Caylee is put up. 

And IMO opinion, for them to say she has any psychiatric illness, would be admitting guilt, no?  Why would they need to say she suffered from a psychiatric illness if she were innocent?  What are they gonna say, she didn't do it, but if she did, it is because she has such and such mental defect?

I'm pretty sure this falls into the category "be careful what you ask for."    The motion also makes it clear that the defense is going to attempt to explain the "31 days" away...I pause to  @defense.

Who is William C Slabbag that is listed as a lawyer on this motion?

States he works for Bozo's firm, I believe its the other guy that we've seen sitting at the defense table gabbing with Casey.

Let us not forget that the Anthonys have already viewed Caylee's remains at the strip mall whatever it was....where the 2nd autopsy was taken.  And most of us already feel they knew where Caylee rested waaaay before she was found.  Seeing photos during trial will only set yet another stage for the A's to produce another fake stage production.  Any tears for Caylee at this point will obviously be forced to gather sympathy.....a huge waste as I don't see anyone giving them any more than what they deserve.  Tears for Caylee stopped long ago and was replaced with joy from money.   jmo

The Atrocious As BETTER NOT act upset about any autopsy/remains photos. If they do, they'd better fess up to lying about believing Caylee is still alive.

I was thinking the same thing. All this hype about 48 hours weeks before the trial, all the media interviews and press conferences the defense team has participated in since this circus began and they're going to cry foul?  It would serve Casey and her circus clowns right, if Judge Perry said...in order to save the good taxpayers of Florida anymore unecessary expenses, and as a result of the defense teams media whore tour, the jury will be selected from the community of Orlando and Orange County.

This is going to be true story involving CPS of Seminole County Florida And the Casey Anthony Case will have part of this movie. We need someone to star as Casey Anthony that has been Arrested for murdering her daughter Caylee. The Caylee part needs to be played by a brave little girl between the ages of 3-6 years old, that has brown hair and green eyes. All people that would like to be involved in this movie will have a part. Filming will start May 18,2011.We are in the process of doing interviews and doing a casting call on May 15 ,2011 at 2pm . The place is under the works as we speak... I think not!! Defense needs to pizz or get off the pot. They shouldn't be allowed to force the State to go to the expense of having their own mental health evaluation--especially with current tight budget-- if the defense may not use their own witnesses at trial.

ORLANDO, Fla. -- Prosecutors are so concerned about what murder suspect Casey Anthony told a pair of defense psychiatrists, they don't want the issue being discussed at all, not even at a pretrial hearing.

A hearing is scheduled for Friday in the case regarding use of the experts.

Very interesting Tupelo. And if I'm reading it right, it seemed like Baez himself actually volunteered that info.....is that how you read it?
