JP - the one or two mental health experts are basing their opinions almost solely on the depositions.  That person who has given the deposition  may not be testifying is that correct?

WTH? Bobo has two experts read a deposition and then come up with opinions on state of mind.  Did they use a Ouija board while they were doing it?

JP - When you look at the depositions under seal they talk about Traumatic Stress Disorder - is that what they are testifying to?
