That or he was SO detrimental to the defense they asked for the depo to be stopped. I am thinking this is the case.

I was wondering the same thing. I wondered if they have to provide someone or the sheriff's dept has to be beside them to keep them from escaping.

I don't know for a fact, but I think someone has to be with her because she is no longer shackled while in the courtroom.

I thought I heard the judge say that he received calls from both the defense and prosecution during his depo and he ruled for the defense to stop the depo.

Probably because they wanted to keep what Casey said to these two as a surprise & they were not going to get away with that.   

10 minute recess....They are going in chambers, I think I saw Bozo motion that is where they are going
