That's it! Thanks Klaas Sometimes they'd make molds and then but in rocks, etc and that would make the bar top.

I have food pretty rock not to think that is on a mess and would like to see if I can make a kitchen counter... for my counters are so small in the trailer.. there almost are none!

I might put the rock You can see threw them... I night make it be on small plexiglass with wood around it and get rope lighting to high light it.

Any think but what I have now!!

Thanks it is resin? You can get really high, sick on the stuff.

CENTRALE BANK VAN ARUBA

J.E. Irausquin Boulevard 8 P.O. Box 18 Oranjestad Aruba Tel. nr.: (297)

Summary of the monthly bulletin of the Centrale Bank van Aruba

for January 2007*

http://www.cbaruba.org/cba/readBlob.do?id=1024

Looking at Aruba over the last 20 years, we see a vibrant tourism sector,
having transformed

the economy and made Aruba a household name in many parts of the world.
Looking at where

Aruba was in 1986 and where it is now, and comparing it with most countries
in the region,

Aruba's achievement in terms of economic growth is staggering. The size of
the economy has

increased almost five fold with GDP increasing from Afl. 800 million in 1986
to over Afl. 4,000

million in 2006 with the per capita income in dollar terms moving to the
20,000 US dollar

range, which is at the same level as many industrialized countries, such as
Spain, while

maintaining relative price stability. This has been partly achieved by
relying extensively on

immigration to such an extent that today a third of the population is
foreign-born. In this

process, while Aruba's economy has become much more sophisticated than it
was before the

time of its separate status, it has become even more dependent on one
activity, tourism and

one market, the U.S. As such, the economy has become vulnerable to a
down-turn in the U.S.

economy and vulnerable to a possible loss of competitive position in the
tourist industry in the

Caribbean region. An adverse external shock, by worsening the balance of
payments position

and deteriorating public finances, could have spiral effects on the Aruban
economy pushing it

into a severe recession with far reaching implications for the welfare of
the Aruban people.

Today the questions before us are: How to protect the prosperity which has
been achieved,

how to prepare for the rainy day (external shock), and how to make the
balance of payments

position and the government finances sustainable over the medium and longer
term. The

vulnerability of Aruba to absorb external shocks was illustrated by the IMF1
projections that in

absence of changed public sector financial results the debt to GDP ratio
could increase to over

60% by 2009 and in the event there was to be additionally a drop of 4.7% in
GDP the ratio

could top 90%. These calculations were made by IMF in 2005.

Aruban police search home of Dutch teen

By Peter Prengaman, Associated Press Writer WED, June 15,
2005

WED, June 15,
2005

(…)Wednesday's search of the van der Sloot home lasted about

four hours. Two white-uniformed investigators from Holland

carried suitcases into the one-story, yellow-beige home,

which includes an attached apartment where the young man

lives. They later returned the suitcases to their white,

unmarked car.

Investigators also emerged from the house carrying two white

plastic garbage bags full of unidentified items. A German

Shepherd also sniffed around the property outside the

capital, Oranjestad.

Authorities towed a blue sport utility vehicle and a red

Jeep away from the house, which is surrounded by a low stone

wall and fronted by an expanse of trees and cacti.

(…)Janssen, who also went into the house, declined to

comment as investigators wrapped up their search at about 4

p.m. Six police officers guarded the entrance to the

property.

"We are just looking for evidence at the house but have

nothing yet," police spokesman Edwin Comemencia said during

the search.

The latest news/rumour is that the 2 brothers from suriname dropped off the dutch boy who exchanged email addresses with Natalee and the 2 brothers were supposed to drop Natalee off at her hotel. Boy this is one convaluted case. from the above we can only assume that the brothers are responsible, which makes sense in a way because if it was the dutch boy that killed her then wouldn't the Suriname brothers give him up to the police. hmmm

..........

Benyamin said this in post #12 :
here is my theory of what happened. the young Van der Sloot got the date rape drug from a friend of the two brothers that he was with (that is why they have some guilt in this) they got the drug from the DJ on the party boat Tattoo (that is why the DJ is under arrest) the young Van der Sloot may have given Nattalie 2 pills which caused her to overdose and die on the beach and in fear Van der Sloot disposed of the body.

just a theory but I do believe that it will be the story in the end.

very sad, it is obvious that she is no longer alive.

David Kock, defense attorney for Satish Kalpoe, said Sunday he felt the investigation was moving in the right direction, noting that police scrutinized cell phone records and Internet traffic as part of the probe.

Kock said those records show Joran Van Der Sloot called Deepak Kalpoe about 2:40 a.m. on the morning Holloway disappeared.

The lawyer said in that call, according to Deepak Kalpoe's statements, Joran Van Der Sloot told Kalpoe he left Holloway on the beach and was walking home

Koch said that about 40 minutes later -- about the time it would take him to walk home -- Joran Van Der Sloot text-messaged Deepak Kalpoe to tell him he had arrived.
"I just think this goes to show that the story that Deepak and Satish are telling ... is substantiated by facts," Kock said.

It's the liquid stuff they put very thickly on bars. I think you have to mixed two things together for one is a catalist.. It really smells. You have to wear masks when working with it.

It's clear.... it's like a liquid plastic but called something else.

Thanks, IBE Laughing

Hi, IBE - just asked my DH and he thinks what you mean is Epoxy Resin.  Hope this helps

In dkpen's posting :

and made Aruba a household name in many parts of the world

What made Aruba a household name in many parts of the world was not their tourism, it was their mishandling of Natalee's case.

Further to this - do NOT use in enclosed areas even if using face mask.  It can really knock you out with the fumes.  If possible apply it outside or leave the room to air well before you close doors or sleep anywhere in the area.  Very dangerous.

This guy doesn't care how he makes his money and as long has he gets his name in the news.

He loves the fame on TV.  In the GQ article he couldn't believe how much money Judge Judy was making.

This is from the GQ article:

Not surprisingly, even Hollywood is taking notice.  Joe has several studios courting him to do a reality show on daytime TV.
"Sort of a Judge Judy meets Perry Mason" - yes, he has the lingo down - "but all cross examinations," his speciality.  He wasn't all that interested until he heard Judge Judy made $32 million las year.  "Can you F%^&king believe that? Judge Judy!" He shot a pilot in December.[/list]

I wouldn't be surprised.  Years ago in my hometown, there was a billboard for a muffler shop.

"No muff too tuff"..

It was there for years.  LMAO every time I saw it.

Good morning.  Home again.  I prefer to feel really toxic in the privacy of my own home.
