Key rulings are expected today on critical pieces of scientific evidence prosecutors want to use in their murder case against Casey Anthony.

Orange-Osceola Chief Judge Belvin Perry's decisions are anticipated to play a pivotal role in the case against the east Orange County mother accused of killing her daughter in 2008.

Anthony is charged with first-degree murder in the death of 2-year-old Caylee Marie Anthony.

The little girl's remains were found a short walk from the Anthony's home in a vacant lot in December 2008, about five months after she was reported missing.

caylee didnt fit into this plan because time was of the essence! and she already knew tonys feelings on  children !!  he wanted boys ! caylee didnt fit in to caseys plans to win tony over!! caylee was a major hinderance!!

casey hated cindy with such intensity that her revenge played out in the form of caylees death! in her sick mind it was ok to kill caylee because she was a spiteful bitch and wanted cindy to suffer! thats how she justified it to be the right thing to do!!


it was all a lie the relationship with tony!! she was still making her rounds sleeping with other guys and leading some on!  how does spending just a few weeks with a girlfriend that cooks and cleans and gives good sex make her a good girlfriend!! she was on a mission!! to make him fall hard for her!!!  caylee paid the ultimate price!!

Casey was not a good girlfriend...she was using them for a roof over her head while she figured out her next move.

But I feel Tony and his friends were too immature and inexperienced with life to know a sociopath when they say one and to know they were her target.  She targeted him and his friend for an easy place to stay.  Her ability to feed them when they had nothing should have rang bells for him, and maybe it did and she lied her way out of it.  She was feeding him by using Amy's checks, her Mom's credit cards and stealing food from her Mom's house....as well as gasoline. 

None of this is Tony's fault..or anyone's fault really other then Casey herself.  Her Mom and Dad are not (in my mind) to blame for Caylee's murder.  The blame rests solely on one person and that person is Casey.

Her parents are not on my favorites list..and the covering up and lying is inexcusable at the very least..but they did not murder Caylee.  Perjurers, media whoring, liars, embellishers, scene tamperers, evidence tamperers, adulterers that they are..they did not murder Caylee.  They deserve their own special place in Hell and I imagine they live their everyday. 

I reserve judgement on Cindy and George for their after the fact behavior..which does not change the outcome for Caylee's murder.  They are hoping it will confuse people and that by placing some blame on themselves and others ..as the defense wants people to believe, that will get their murderess daughter a lighter sentence.  That's why I don't want George or Cindy arrested before trial, it just makes them look like bad grandparents and parents, and some might even pity them to a degree... while Casey gets a small reprieve every time someone points the finger somewhere else. 

If I had one thing to say to anyone who ever came in contact with Casey it would be that it was not their fault that Casey murdered Caylee...Casey planned this and executed it on her own of her own free will.....therefore no one else should try to share the blame or be lead into believing they share the blame.  George and Cindy are very misguided and transparent in their attempts to try to validate and save their murdering daughter.  If they can't live with and accept the fact she did this then they need to seek psychological help in a major way right now....because I truly believe that will be the verdict..guilty as charged..and Judge Perry is no stranger to sending people down death row.

The 5-1 drug-sniffing dog ruling says training certificates and records aren't enough to establish a canine's reliability.

He's probably right to the extent that the case has drawn interest because of that combo, and that combo wasn't lost on him either. He knew the sensational aspects of having a "pretty, young white girl" who parties and 'lost' her toddler and..and.. who LE "rushed to judge" could be a ticket away from the mundane drudge work he was getting. I'd imagine that the minute he saw the swarm of media trucks all focused on the "missing child" and the "YPW" mom, he decided right then and there to hitch his wagon to her. He could not have ever known in his wildest dreams that her family and their antics could rival his. It was like  slime hooked up with evil and it's been like that ever since. The only real immediate family of the victim wants no justice so he got carte blanche to rampage for almost 3 yrs. I'll be so glad when this is over.

I don't think that Tony had anything to steal.  But I think I remember reading that Casey ran up Tony's bar bill at Fusion?  That he was given X amount for drinks while working, and Casey went way over on his limit???  I'll see if I can find a link to this......so at this time MODS.....this is jmoo!!

I believe at one point, Tony's apartment was "broken into" while he was out of town. I think Lee questioned TL about this because Lee thought Casey may have somehow been involved.

Its important to note two things here:   1)  The 5-1 drug-sniffing dog ruling says training certificates and records aren't enough to establish a canine's reliability.
Given the lack of standards, prosecutors also must present other evidence including field performance records and an explanation of each dog's training. They also must present evidence on the experience and training of the officer who is handling the dog. (in each case)  2)  In this case it is not referring to cadaver dogs
