I have to go - driving into NJ to help out with sick grandkids BUT -
I just got a response from Kathi Belich. I emailed her and asked if she knew if JURY SELECTION would possibly be televised.

That REALLy surprises me. I thought jury selection was sort of hush hush in order to protect the citizens from exposure. I know when I was called earlier this year, a kind of high profile case, the things they ask you to divulge in open court can be very embarrassing. There were no spectators allowed. TIA

I have never followed a case of this magnitude! bozo's words lol
so I wonder will HOBAG' be there for that?

Wonderful article in the HinkyMeter this time about the 200,031 reasons KC is guilty.  This brief article effectively removes all the smoke and mirrors from what has become a serious dog and pony show and renews my faith and belief that she will be found guilty and in all probability given the death penalty.  I don't know how I feel about the DP generally but if there has ever been a case where it's called for, it's this one.  The facts Valhall gives us so beautifully could not be overcome by a competent team of defense attorneys, much less the stinking bags of wind in place for this one.  I wonder if Bozo ever wishes he had not taken the meeting with KC?  His legal career (if you want to call it that) may well be finished when this case is.

Val sure does make it all easier to understand.
Justice is coming.   

I truly agree that this clowns career will end with this case! maybe that is why he doesnt care!! he is the worst of the worst attorneys! that is why you never allow a man with just three years as an attorney handle a case of this magnitude.
this doesnt say much for mason and his reputation!! alot was said about what a great attorney he was when this case started and I am not convinced! he is mean vulgar and a bully!! he took this case to be associated with the badens and lyon!  they jumped shipped he had to remain.  His behaviour is the same as that of his colleague bozo!!  we havent seen much from him that would give us reason to respect him!!

I guess Judge Perry is going to wait until the last minute  of the 21st to let us know what his decision will be!!

Hi Guys--Thanks for that Trim.  The whole prosecution case rests on the chloroform?
Whoever told the Enquirer that has little familiarity with the case--or it could be more of the defense's machinations.  Since we know, thanks to Turbo and others, that the Anthonys used a non-chlorine chemical in their pool, this is a piece of non-information.
What will those idiots come up with next?
