I'm curious why Blink is calling out Jason Todd by name. . .

I wondered that also, since he appeared to have a girlfriend.

Not sure she is implying that he should be considered in the criminal investigation.   Maybe she had contact with him prior to writing her blog.

I would assume that they used side scanner radar on boats to identify anything before they ever just put divers randomly in a lake. Has anyone read that such equipmment was being used?

Tornadoes... hail to 1.5 inches in diameter... thunderstorm wind
gusts to 70 mph... and dangerous lightning are possible in these
areas
