My guess in this case is that as long as there is any possibility that they think Holly is alive, LE is going to hold everything as close to the vest as possible, even letting misinformation stay out there.  They are working against a clock and trying to keep hope alive.  JMO

(WMC-TV) - Roughly 250 people scoured a West Tennessee woods Monday looking for any sign of Holly Bobo, praying that she would be found safe and sound.
 
The group a 15 mile area along Natchez Trace State Park and Interstate 40 by horseback, ATV, and foot.

PARSONS, Tennessee (Isabelle Zehnder reporting) -- Late Sunday night country music star Whitney Duncan sent a message through Twitter saying her cousin, Clint Bobo, has been cleared by police in the investigation into the disappearance of her cousin Holly Bobo.

“My cousin, Clint, Holly’s brother, is NOT a suspect & I’m sick of people saying that he is. He has been cleared for good reason,” Whitney said.

A sea of online rumors and accusations against Clint Bobo have frustrated Holly's family and are unfounded.

On Monday Kristen Helm, spokeswoman for the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI), responded to this Examiner.com news writer's email saying, "To reiterate what the Director [of TBI] said, no one has been ruled out at this time.

“However, the focus of law enforcement developing a suspect is outside immediate friends and family. 

"Both Clint and Drew have been helpful and cooperative throughout the investigation. Clint, is being treated as an eye witness at this time,” Helm said.

Helm told FoxNews.com Monday, “We’re trying to develop a person of interest who maybe missed work or missed an appointment unexpectedly that day.”

Helm said during an interview with FoxNews.com Monday that Clint initially told investigator that at 7:30 a.m. on Wednesday he saw his sister being led into the woods by a man he assumed was her boyfriend. He grew concerned after seeing blood outside which prompted him to call 911.

According to Holly's boyfriend's brother's facebook page (follow all that, lol?) he was out with searchers over the weekend.  He mentions himself (the brother), his dad and another brother were out with searches over the weekend.  It's not clear if the brother was Holly's boyfriend, or another brother they have.  Because he has another status message on Friday thanking a different brother for coming down and hanging all day and night.

If that's not clear....I'll stick with first names. I feel it's probably ok to do that, since I figured it out by just looking at Facebook.

Drew - boyfriend
Derek - brother (older)
Jimmy - possibly a 3rd brother, who doesn't live in the same town.

At any rate, the boyfriend's family is actively involved with the volunteer search. 

Just something to note.

Actually it WAS Jimmy NOT DREW. I had more time to look at Dereks FB page. He said me and jimmy going out again with his dad .. So strange huh drews not helping or posting anything? And LE changed status that he is not cleared. So where is DRew?! Maybe it was DRew that Clint saw?
